Synopsis:

The cuneiform for “day” and “year” was confused . Just divide by 360 to get approximate years of age .

 

Discussion :

1.Look at the cuneiforms in the table . The “day” symbol is a hand spread , while the “year” symbol is a hand spread with extensions. The extensions got lost (like our apostrophe’s) or worn away .

 

2.Translaters got locked into the mistake . Just divide by 360 days in a Sumerian year , and it makes more sense .

The number of years inside the brackets are based on 360 days per year .

The Sumerian king list mentions a character named Ubaratutu who seems almost identical to Methuselah. He was the son of Enmunderana the Sumerian Enoch, and king of Sumeria until the flood swept over the land. Although their ages are different their father and year of death remain the same.^{[citation needed]}

He would then have been 969/12 =80 .

They switched calenders on us after the flood . From daily to monthly. Don’t blame them .

The Flood was probably caused by a fairly large meteorite in the Indian Ocean . This would have destabilized the circum-polar jetstreams . Leading to pronounced seasonal effects . Not to mention mention tsunamis in the Middle East . To the north . Makes me wonder about the Ark wreck allegedly  on Mt Arrarat . An impact in the Indian ocean or gulf or red sea would have tsunami’d it there .
