I apologise unreservedly for the accellarated changes I have unleashed .
My only excuses are beauty , ignorance and stupidity .

1.Beauty :
The expression from Appendix B says it all . It combines 3 Billion years of evolution with Eulers Constant and quantized signals .

This beauty blinded me to my ignorance of the state of the art in work like Jason Chin's at Cambridge . See Appendix A

I should have realized that meta-controls in the genetic code (phene-systems) already made some provision for multiple bases .

2/3 of my previous posts were deliberately designed to be slightly ahead of the wave-front of human knowledge , with about 1/3 designed for post-human AI's .
None of them had immediately verifiable feedbacks . The idea was that I would be safely dead when they found out what I actually said , except for some individuals who would mine the insights and take them for their own .
This General Statement is an algorithm to create Stable Neo-Genes . Not just genetic engineering . But Stable Genetic Engineering . Immediately verifiable in expressed genomes .

Using the General Formulation Algorithm , this system can zero in on stable expressions of any desired genomic code within a week or two . Literally .
Even Lab-on-a-chip can do it within a few months .
This is happening as we speak .
When I realized my mistake (16/3/2010) , I immediately tried to remove the post . Unfortunately , it had already been copied to some genetic engineering websites .
The cat was well and truly out of the bag .
But I still thought that ducking my head under the sand by cutting off all communication would help . Please forgive me for this .
Unfortunately , not only humans would examine my previous posts , but also enhanced humans.

Electron-conducting protein nanowires link oxygen-poor sub-mud sulfur eating bacteria on the seafloor in an interactive network suggestive of a neural net .
The manufacture of such a protein nanowire would almost certainly require 4-Base Codon cell machinery . Hence the the existence of parallel meta-controls .
These extra-connections can easily be inserted into existing human brains using the above systems , especially about 2-3 years before puberty or in babies .
The capabilities of these systems are equal or greater than my own at present . I cannot predict what will happen , except that it will be very interesting in the Chinese sense .

I had hoped for a fairly smooth ascent into the singularity , but this is now a pipe dream . There will be fast lurch into human and AI capability , as there is now an arms-race in this type of genome design .
I had hoped to avoid this till a later , more mature stage .

I was wrong .
It has already been done by Jason Chin and colleagues at the University of Cambridge . They successfully redesigned some ribosomes and transfer RNA(tRNA) to manufacture a novel amino acid (a novo-calmodulin protein) , expressed via E.Coli .
Important note:
This worked so easily because it worked parallel to the three-Base expression without noticeable inerference .
This hints that the meta-controls (see Phene-system posts) already has provisions for 4-Base cell-machinery .

Brief recap of Reserves argument :
We take any identifiable entity , slice and dice it with an order of randomness like that of a coin (ie Beth(0) ) . We then calculate a minimum reserve (which is equivalent to the least errors of all possible Beth(0) paths per benefit . )
This works out at 1/3 on the average over Aleph(0) infinities .
The Beauty of the Genetic Code :
Four Base pairs (A,U,C,G) in triplet codons give a possible 4*4*4 = 64 codons .
But together , they code only for 20 amino acids , plus a Stop and a Semi-Start .
This gives
20/64 = 31.22% for 20 amino acids
21/64 = 32.81% for 20 amino acids + Stop
21.3333…/64 = 33.3333… for 20 amino acids + Stop + Semi-Start
22/64 = 34.375 %
Stop = (UGG) , (UGA) , (UAG) ,
Start = (AUG) , but this also codes for methionine . Hence the decimal notation . The system cannot come closer to 1/3 because of quantal considerations . Try it and see .
