Modern Ruins.

Andre Willers
30 Dec 2013
Synopsis :
Modern ruins are due to inhibition of recovery .
Discussion :
1.Hashima Island
Once the most densely populated city on the planet , it now has a population density of zero .
It is known for its coal mines and their operation during the industrialization of JapanMitsubishi bought the island in 1890 and began the project, the aim of which was extracting coal from undersea mines. They built Japan's first largeconcrete building (9 stories high),[1] a block of apartments in 1916 to accommodate their burgeoning ranks of workers. Concrete was specifically used to protect against typhoon destruction. In 1959, the 6.3-hectare (16-acre) island's population reached its peak of 5,259, with a population density of 835 people perhectare (83,500 people/km2, 216,264 people per square mile) for the whole island, or 1,391 per hectare (139,100 people/km2) for the residential district.[2]
As petroleum replaced coal in Japan in the 1960s, coal mines began shutting down all over the country, and Hashima's mines were no exception. Mitsubishi officially announced the closing of the mine in 1974, and today it is empty and bare, which is why it is called Ghost Island.[3] Travel to Hashima was re-opened on April 22, 2009 after 35 years of closure.
See images :
In 2009, the island was featured in History Channel's Life After People, first season episode "The Bodies Left Behind" as an example of the decay of concrete buildings after only 35 years of abandonment.[6] The island was again featured in 2011 in episode six of a 3D production for 3net, Forgotten Planet discussing the island's current state, history and unauthorized photo shoots by urban explorers.[7][8] During the 2009 Mexican photography festival FotoSeptiembre, Mexican photographers Guillaume Corpart Muller and Jan Smith, along with Venezuelan photographer Ragnar Chacin showcased images from the island in the exhibition "Pop. Density 5,000/km2". The exhibit traced urban density and the rise and fall of cities around the world.[9]
The Japanese Cultural Institute in Mexico used the images of Corpart Muller and Smith in the photography exhibit, "Fantasmas de Gunkanjima", organized by Daniela Rubio, as part of the celebrations surrounding 200 Years of Diplomacy Mexico–Japan.[10]
Sony featured the island in a video promoting one of their video cameras. The camera was mounted onto a mini, multi-rotor, RC helicopter and flown around the island as well as throughout many buildings. The video was posted on YouTube in April 2013.[11]
In 2013, Google sent an employee to the island with a Street View backpack to capture its condition in panoramic 360-degree views and allow users to take a virtual walk across the island. Google also used its Business Photos technology to let users look inside the abandoned buildings, complete with old black-and-white TVs and discarded soda bottles.[12]
In June 2013, German publisher Steidl published the book Gunkanjima by French photographers Yves Marchand and Romain Meffre. The book also features some historical pictures made by photographer Chiyuki Ito who lived and worked on the island.[13]

2.Ruins of Detroit
Once the major center of American automotive industry , it is now mostly (2/3) a ghost town , mostly due to mismanagement .

3.What happened ?
Mono-culture bubbles popped .
Coal in Hashima Island , crummy Cars in Detroit .
This was survivable , if free-enterprise was allowed after the collapse .
But recovery was inhibited by bad management .
The results are the present ruins of greed and short sightedness .
4. “Trying to grasp all , they lost all”
5.What is the lesson in this ?
As we go into the Singularity , production mono-cultures using techniques like “Just-in-time” , etc optimized on efficiency ,
will become ruins .
The social consequences are devastating .
6. Giving it away .
If Mitshubishi had given Hashima Island away it would still have lost it , but it would now be a thriving free-port and trading center . See Arabian Gulf states .
Similarly , if Detroit had forgiven its crippling debt burdens , it would now be a thriving community .

7. The Trick :
If a mono-culture fails , do not try to hold onto it . Just give it away .
Everybody ends up richer .

Nazi Stealth Plane

Andre Willers
29 Dec 2013
Synopsis :
The Nazi Fuehrer Prinzip enabled the development of the first flying wing stealth jet aircraft .
1.Fuehrer Prinzip:
A Non-Budget oriented allocation of resources .
Popular in old-style autocracies , but difficult for a present economic  person to understand .
or Appendix A for ease .
2.The Aircraft .
Developed by the Horton brothers according to Fuehrer Prinzips , but then lost to Gotha because of politics .
One of the reasons why the plane had no major impact on WW II .Too late .
But it had a major impact on all post-war aircraft designs .
3.The plane .
Picture :

The Horten H.IX, RLM designation Ho 229 (often, and wrongly,[1] called Gotha Go 229 because of the identity of the chosen manufacturer of the aircraft) was a German prototype fighter/bomber designed by Reimar and Walter Horten and built by Gothaer Waggonfabrik late in World War II. It was the first pure flying wing powered by jet engines.[2]

Stealth technology[edit]

“After the war, Reimar Horten said he mixed charcoal dust in with the wood glue to absorbelectromagnetic waves (radar), which he believed could shield the aircraft from detection by British early warning ground-based radar that operated at 20 to 30 MHz (top end of the HF band), known as Chain Home

Report after testing in 2008 AD
“This implies a frontal RCS(Radar Cross Section) of only 40% that of a Bf 109 at the Chain Home frequencies
A stealth aircraft .

The Dear Readers can work out themselves why it took 50 years to adopt an actual working system to the B series .
4.Whatever happened to the Horton brothers ?
They created it the whole new thing .
Post World War II[edit]
As the war ended, Reimar Horten emigrated to Argentina after failed negotiations with the United Kingdom and China,[6] where he continued designing and building gliders, one experimental supersonic delta-wing aircraft and one twin-engined flying wing transport called the "Naranjero" for its intended use of carrying oranges for export. It was unsuccessful commercially. Walter remained in Germany after the war and became an officer in the post-war German Air Force. Reimar died on his ranch in Argentina in 1994, while Walter died in Germany in 1998.
In the late 1940s, the personnel of Project Sign, the U.S. Air Force's flying saucer investigation, seriously considered the possibility that UFOs might have been secret aircraft manufactured by the U.S.S.R. based on the Hortens' designs.[7]
Surviving aircraft[edit]
·         Unrestored examples of the Horten H.IIIh and Horten VI sailplanes are displayed at the Steven F. Udvar-Hazy Center facility of theNational Air and Space Museum (NASM) in Washington, D.C.
·         Two of the Horten's gliders built in Argentina can be seen at the Museo Nacional de Aeronáutica located in Morón, a few miles west of Buenos Aires.
·         The turbojet-powered Ho 229 V3 brought to the U.S. as part of Operation Paperclip for evaluation is in storage at the NASM awaiting restoration.
·         An example of the Horten IV glider is located in the "Planes of Fame" aircraft museum in Chino, California.
·         A restored Horten IV is also on display at the Deutsches Museum in Munich.
·         A Horten H 1B sailplane (LV-X017) built in 1954 was restored to flying condition (Years 2007-2008) and flown (Year 2008) at the Club de Planeadores Otto Ballod, Adolfo Gonzales Chaves city, Argentina. It is currently at the Club de Planeadores Otto Ballod (Otto Ballod Sailplane Club).

5.Interesting aside :
This way of allocating resources is now called “Champions” in Russia or “New economic paradigm” in China .
Works great in expanding systems , but crashes in contracting economies .
To put it another way , if NASA employed the Horton brothers they would have been designing better biplanes .
Just flapping along

Fuehrer Prinzip .
Fuehrer Prinzip .
Andre Willers
5 Oct 2009

Synopsis :
Ever wonder how technophobes like the Nazi's managed to create technology that was far in advance of their contemporaries ?

Discussion :
Capitalist/Communist : Capital is allocated at the start (the top)
Fuehrer Prinzip : Capital is allocated at the end (the bottom) .

The difference can be exactly calculated using the principles of Reserves (see "New Tools: Reserves" or compound interest .

The Bottom :
Individuals hacked out their little niches . There was no oversight process . Each idea was judged on it's merit and the pushiness of it's sponsor . The sponsor was rewarded by resources and prestige . This leads to an explosion of different ideas .

Each leader literally pushes his ideas . Whether it is rockets , tanks , guns ,etc .

As long as the society was on a roll , it works very well . When resources become restricted , it bombs . The victors take over the good ideas .

Cf Vikings , Mongols , Nazis

Contrast this with the Capitalist or Communist process , where resource allocation is done at the capital-allocation stage . At the start . At the top .

The Bottom Line and the Top Line.
Capital control societies are Top Level control societies . You have to prove returns on an investment before any money is spent . I emphasize this .

The result is predictable . Innovation stagnates This makes room in the competition space for real bottom-line societies .

This leads to pulsed societies , with Capitalist/Communist systems alternating with Fuehrer Prinzip societies .

Evolutionary speaking , this is optimal as you get the best of both worlds .

The Napeolonic and Nazi's were the result of the European Class-system .

So is the present fundamentalist challenge (Christian or Muslim).

Old Christian and Muslim asset allocation are Top-line .
Internet , Old-Napoleonic is Bottom-Line .

Examples :
Pre-agricultural , Celtic , Bantu systems are Fuehrer Princip societies . Bottom-line counts .
Agricultural systems , Roman ,Chinese Empires etc are Top-level societies . Capital is allocated at the top .

Note that both are stagnant . They lead to optimal troughs that cannot be surmounted from internal resources .

Reminiscent of water-empires . External shocks from wealth creation destabilizes the whole shebang .

Can both exist at the same time ?
The Chinese Experiment :
Room for the small ones to experiment .
To have different districts with different growth rates . Differential Top-line and Bottom-line . Individuals can fit themselves into the environment that suits them .
The cost of capital has to be manipulated for this to work . This means the flow of capital .

The results of this has been calculated elsewhere .But as a rough estimate , capital flow is approximate to a AC current after it has passed through a rectifier .

The net bottom-line growth is about 7% . As observed . See previous posts .

The Optimal Mix :
1/3 Capitalism , 1/3 Communism and 1/3 FuehrerPrinzip
2/3 Top-line capital allocation , 1/3 Bottom-line capital allocation .
Fairly close to present world democracies . Very stable and strong .

The top-line allocation ameliorates brutal competition , without losing the benefits . The 1/3 ratios are derived from infinite progressions .
See "NewTools: Reserves"

Messing it up :
You have to screw up the top-line (2/3) and the bottom-line (1/3) simultaneously . The odds of getting it right is about (1- (1-2/3)(1-1/3)) = 0.78 . Getting it wrong is about 22% .
Now you too can understand human history ,.
Every dynasty has 1/5 chance of getting it wrong.
The communists is just another dynasty ,

They have to work like blazes to maintain , and it is an exponential process .

No wonder Mao did the counter-exponential thing with the Cultural Revolution .
Did it work ? The jury is still out .

The revolution
You can calculate the odds from the Optimal Mix above .This is a fractal attractor . Regardless where you start off , the end is the same . Only the speed differs .

Your grandchildren are the end-results of these attractors .

The revolutions of the heart .
Almond eyes .
The floating hand
The backward glance
Stifled yawn .

Tojours !
Andre .

Matadora Opera

Andre Willers
28 Dec 2013
Matadora .
Libretto for Aida sequel .
Verdi's sequel to Aida , "Matadora"

The Minotaur realizes he is being led by the nose by tentacles of Cthulhu into the Labyrinth .

But he is shown the way out by the Matadora of Wall Street , a reincarnated Dancer from Knossos .

The Cthulhu bankers foreclose on her .

She dies of cold and hunger on Wall Street , while doing the Bull pas-de-deux on Facebook .

Trite , but the point is Archetypes , not logic .
The Minotaur is not the Monster , but the Victim . And she leads him to salvation .
But she is punished for this .
The real monster is Cthulhu , a personification of the evil of systems , especially banking .

First try libretto :
Sings :
Death of horns
I tread his breath
I gather all his morns
In this wisp of death
and spin the silver twine
binding me and mine
Vile tentacles bind and strain
and weave webs of pain
Your silver thread
Steers hoof and head .
Now the thunder of the dust
Does as needs must.
Perfumes of hope
vanished in tentacles of despair .
Frozen out in the hungry cold
I dance the steps of the Free .
My feet spin
The silver threads of immortality .
Have fun !

Shock! Horror! Crash of 2014 .

Market Crash 2014

"You pays your money and you makes your choice ."
It seems very probable that a sharp , very rapid market correction will occur in early 2014 , lasting till 2015 . Falls of 67% expected .

Discussion :

Many indicators point to a sharp downward correction in early 2014 .

Down to S&P 500-600 level .
A fall to about 1/3 of it's present (Dec 2013) level .
That pesky 1/3 again .

A fairly balanced view .

  • "Once again, without getting too fancy, we can’t help but notice that this phase is characterized by steeply ascending Bull markets that last around five years. These then collapse and retrace much of the previous rise within a few years.

The reasons why these Bull phases only last about five years are of course open to debate, but what is clear is that some causal factors arise at about the five-year mark that cause the market to reverse sharply.

The ensuing Bear markets have lasted between 2.5 and 1.5 years. We only have three advances and two declines to date, but the regularity of these advances and declines is noteworthy."

Forecasting the Amplitude of the Next Decline
A number of technical analysts have noted this megaphone pattern in the stock market, a pattern formed by alternating higher highs and lower lows.  This is one basis of forecasts for the SPX to drop to the 500-600 level in the next downdraft, potentially retracing the entire Bull advance from 1995.
While this megaphone may not play out, it establishes a potential target for a crushing drop from current highs

A bit over the top , but the same conclusion .

" please understand we are not in an investor environment this late in the bull market. This is short term trading only and at the first sign the crash has begun, get out and stay out."

A pin anybody ?

Immortality Update 5 ExRad

Immortality Update 5 : ExRad

Andre Willers
25 Dec 2013
“I love it when a plan comes together!”    Hannibal Smith , A-Team .
A simple molecule that stimulates the repair of radiation and free-radical damage . Actual DNA and bone marrow repair .

Discussion :
A simple molecule to trigger old-age repair .
A more complicated molecule to repair DNA and free-radical damage
Ex-Rad (or Ex-RAD), also known by the code name ON 01210.Na, is a drug developed by Onconova Therapeutics and the U.S. Department of Defense.[1][2] This newly developed compound is said to be a potent radiation protection agent. Chemically, it is the sodium salt of 4-carboxystyryl-4-chlorobenzylsulfone.[3]

Clinical trials[edit]
The results of two Phase I clinical studies in healthy human volunteers indicate that subcutaneously injected Ex-Rad is safe and well tolerated, with "no evidence of systemic side effects".[4] A study in mice demonstrated the efficacy of Ex-Rad by increasing the survival rate of mice exposed to typically lethal whole-body irradiation. The study tested oral and parenteral administration of Ex-Rad for both pre- and post-exposure radiomitigation.[1]
Research on Ex-Rad has involved collaboration with the Armed Forces Radiobiology Research Institute (AFRRI), the Department of Biochemistry and Molecular & Cellular Biology at Georgetown UniversityLong Island University's Arnold & Marie Schwartz College of Pharmacy, and the Department of Oncological Sciences at the Mt. Sinai School of Medicine.[1]
Mechanism of action[edit]
Onconova suggests that Ex-Rad protects cells exposed to radiation against DNA damage, and that the drug's mechanism of action does not involve scavenging free radicals or arresting the cell cycle. Instead, they claim it employs a "novel mechanism" involving "intracellular signaling, damage sensing, and DNA repair pathways".[4] Ex-RAD is a chlorobenzylsulfone derivative that works after free radicals have damaged DNA. Onconova CEO Ramesh Kumar believes this is a better approach than trying to scavenge free radicals. “Free radicals are very short-lived, and so the window of opportunity to give a drug is very narrow,” he says. In cell and animal models, Ex-RAD protectshematopoietic and gastrointestinal tissues from radiation injury when given either before or after exposure.[5]
3.Combine NAD and Ex-Rad .
A potent combination of DNA and Epigenetic signalling molecules , triggering self-repair and roll-back .
Note the Sulfur atom in ExRad : a tie-in to the H2S hibernation systems . See
4.The trigger seems to involve access and/or creation of pockets of DNA specially saved for roll-back operations .
Reasonable , as pockets of cancers can be seen as high-risk bio-labs evaluating risky chemicals on fast-forward .
As discussed previously .
5. If something still goes wrong :
Then use CRISPR to correct DNA , then use Ex-Rad and Nad .
6.The tools now exist for a serious attempt at anti-agathics .
7. Will this cause serious social problems ?
Ie will the old keep a death grip on resources ?
8.Ho-ho-ho !
I used to think so too . But think it through .
The bottleneck is memory . The human sensorium is simply too small to remember everything .
What did you have for breakfast 60 years ago ?
Memory , and the mirror of personality is a travelling wave , dropping old stuff and assimilating new experiences .
For societies , they compensated with Families , Gens , Clans , Dynasties , tribes , Nations , etc . Group memory structures .
You know what happened to them .
As for corporate  controls , see .
Unstable as hell . (See what happened to Standard Oil)

Enhanced humans (ie longevity + AI extensions ).
They don’t remain human for very long . Lose interest in childish games .
9.Food for all these long-lived ones .
9.1 Present decision makers will have to channel much greater resources into fundamental research and space travel , as they themselves will survive to need it .
9.2 There is another semi-stable point : drastic depopulation and an Old-Egyptian style Eco-Religion trying to keep the lid on .
This solution is unstable because of chaotic influences outside control of anybody .
Merry Xmas to all .

Immortality Update4- Old Age and S&M

Immortality Update 4 : Old Age and S&M

Andre Willers
23 Dec 2013
Synopsis :
Old Age is a form of self-inflicted Sado-Masochism . To attain or survive immortality , you need to get rid of S&M .
Discussion :
1.Masochism and Sadism aren’t opposites , but arises from completely unrelated neurological causes . Which is why an individual can have both at the same time .
2.Masochism is closely related to Learned Helplessness . See
Learned Helplessness is not the same as depression , but a neurological state that can easily be induced from cockroaches onwards . See Sapolsky .
Its opposite would then be Confidence .
3. Sadism is closely related to Mania .
“Mania is a state of abnormally elevated or irritable mood, arousal, and/or energy levels. In a sense, it is the opposite of depression.”
The pleasure is in the activation of all the pleasure/dominance neural pathways .
Undirected mania can easily degrade into sexual or power sadism .
Directed mania is common : ie “driven” individuals . Overriding goals .
4. Meme-Grid :
Set the Opposite Memes in a grid .
Sum diagonally for various values of the grid . (Remember , the x-y axes  are opposites)
The diagonal sum boundaries are 2 . The other values are 1 .
Consider the extremes .
The maximum is as below :
Sum = 2 for Internal S&M : If Confidence=1/Mania=1 and Learned-Helplessness=1 /Depression =1
Your typical manic-depressive

                                   Confidence                   Learned-Helplessness
Mania                                1                                          0
Depression                        0                                          1
The other Sum=2 is  : If Depression=1 and Learned-Helplessness=1 .  A horrible place to be .

                                   Confidence                   Learned-Helplessness
Mania                                0                                          1
Depression                        1                                          0
5. What does this mean ?
If you want to survive Immortality , or even attain it , the meme-grid should be like this :
The Diagonal Sum=1 is  : If Mania=1 and Learned-Helplessness=1 .
Surprise ! Surprise !
Some Learned-Helplessness is essential to survival .
I always wondered why it had not been selected out .

                                   Confidence                   Learned-Helplessness
Mania                                1                                          1
Depression                        0                                          0
Catatonia (Death)  : the meme-grid should be like this :
The Diagonal Sum=1 is  : If Depression=1 and Learned-Helplessness=1 .

                                   Confidence                   Learned-Helplessness
Mania                                0                                          0
Depression                        1                                          1

6. What to do ?
6.1 Manic-Confidence :
Numerous drugs and psychological techniques are known .
6.2 Manic-LearnedHelplessness .
The techniques for inducing Learned-Helplessness are easy and well known . See
The techniques for inducing Mania are well known .
Combine the two under discipline .
Been done , of course .
Kung-Fu , Karate , etc .
But we have to it better down to neurological , cellular and mitochondrial level , while maintaining Manic Confidence .
7. That is to prevent you from beating yourself up in S&M fashion at intra-cellular level .
8.It is then a matter of communication between centers .
Intra-Cellular communication . See Appendix A for the latest findings in reversing ageing by restoring balance between cell and mitochondria communication .
NAD molcules prevents mitochondrial learned-helplessness from becoming too bad , while restoring the cellular command structures (ie confidence ) .
See a quick summary of the mechanism for cellular command in repeated in Annexure B for your convenience .
9. Psychological Effects :
In time-honoured psychoanalytical fashion , reading and understanding the above Meme-grids changes Learned-Helplessness responses .
The subjective effect is like a weight being lifted , a sense of freedom . Confidence is boosted and the whole feedback system gets into gear (something not discussed above) .
10 . PTSD : a nice little bonus .
PTSD is a typical Self-S&M system . Just reading and understanding the Meme-grids will make the nightmares shrink .
Which is why I am writing this .
Works for me . Hopefully for you , too .
Manically , yet depressingly ,
Appendix A
Finding a way to stop the ageing process has been an elusive, age-old dream. Now scientists from Australia and the US believe they have not only found a way to press pause – but to rewind the ageing process as well.
While the study was conducted using mice, molecular biologist David Sinclair from the University of New South Wales and Harvard University said the findings were significant and could have implications for the treatment of age-related diseases such as cancer and type 2 diabetes.
The research team discovered a key mechanism that keeps the body's cells communicating. In youth, communication inside individual cells – between the cell's "battery" known as the mitochondrion and the nucleus – is fast and frequent. But over time, this slows and ageing accelerates.
"The ageing process we discovered is like a married couple – when they are young, they communicate well. But over time, living in close quarters for many years, communication breaks down," Professor Sinclair said. "And just like a couple, restoring communication solved the problem."
To improve communication inside cells, researchers gave mice injections containing the naturally occurring compound NMN, which raises the levels of a molecule called NAD. This molecule repairs the cells' communication network.
Previously the only way to slow the dropoff in NAD levels in old age was to restrict calories and exercise intensively.
In the study, the Sydney researchers used mice that are considered equivalent to a 60-year-old human and  older mice, equating to a 90-year-old human. A control group of mice were fed a calorie-restricted diet.
The results, outlined in the scientific journal Cell on Friday, were better for the younger mice, which were able to rewind the ageing process within a week. The treatment effectively transformed a 60-year-old into a 20-year-old on some measures, including the degree of muscle wastage, insulin resistance and inflammation.
"If the compound is administered early enough in the ageing process, in just a week, the muscles of the older mice were indistinguishable from the younger animals," said co-author Nigel Turner from UNSW's pharmacology department.
The older mice showed some improvement, but it was not as dramatic.
"It may be in the future that your age in years isn't going to matter as much as your biological age," Professor Sinclair said.
"What we've shown here is that you can turn back your biological age, or at least we think we have found a way to do that."
He said seeing results so quickly came as "a complete shock".
Professor Sinclair said he hoped to start human trials next year.

Phene Systems.
Phene Systems.
Andre Willers
5 Nov 2009

Synopsis :
Cellular-wall control systems(phenes) of epigenetic and virus systems are becoming known and described .

Discussion :
See NewScientist 8 Aug 2009 p 41 "Kills all known germs" by B Holmes .
Relevant research by Philip Thorpe at University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas .

See also "Coffee Foam" 2 Aug 2009 and later .

The argument is simple : self-replicating structures started on the walls of bubbles (probably clay : Gecko life) . These developed into the present day epigenetic control structures of processes inside the bubbles (ie cells) .
Viruses are messengers/controls both for intra-cellular and extra-cellular use .
Which is why they are usually wrapped in variants of the cell-wall .

Phosphatidylserine :
From the NewScientist article , this is a molecule mostly found sticking out of the inner lining of the cell-wall . Virus budding entails that this molecule is then found in particular patterns sticking out of the outside the outer cell-wall .

We expect such a mechanism if the cell-wall harbours the meta-controls (ie epigenetics) of the cell and some multicellular activity (ie virus messenger generation).

Humans have created antibodies that inactivate or target-for-destruction the bits of the Phosphatidylserine molecule sticking out of the cell-wall .

This will break the feedback-cycle of a large range of harmful viruses (apparently including HIV , Flu's , some cancers) .
Bavituximab ( a name only a Pharma could love) does exactly this . Expect to see a lot of it .

The question is :
Why are these antibodies not part of the body's normal immune system ?
The virus system is also used for information carrying .

Suppressing the virus system completely will destroy a multicellular organism , and make it revert to a collection of individual cells , even down to elemental chemicals if done properly . (Cf Ebola , SuperEbola , etc)

This can be bypassed by shining intense , quantum-entangled infra-red light through the mess (see previous posts) .

The normal system has to play a delicate balancing act between destruction from bad viruses and good, communication viruses .

If the baddies get too big an influence , intervention might be required . This is the duty of the epigenetic system . Why is it falling down on the job ?

The Dendritic Immune sytem
This is the connection between the synapse-type learning systems and the phene-system in the cell walls .

The dendritic immune system's effectiveness is magnified by at least 3 orders of magnitude by a continuous sharp pressure-differential . The search space is drastically reduced by stochastic resonance . (The proof is either immediately obvious or very long).

Hence modern music and it's prevalence .

Your chances of survival is about 10^3 better if you listen to some semi-random rock.
Hence iPod and others . This is a real effect .

But we can do better than that by internal Click programming .
You know : Clicking the tongue , beak , teeth , exoskelet .

There is no animal with synapses or an immune system that makes no clicks at some stage .
This is actually quite amazing .

We would then expect plants to be noisy . And they are , on very low frequencies . This is how desert elephants survive : they hear the bulbous plants growing by the low-frequency pulses sensed through their feet . A patch of bulbs would have a signature low-frequency pulse observable from a long way off . (The bulbs would evolve-learn to spurt growth at the same time . This would lessen the chance of detection and eating by close-by herbivores not as smart as elephants)

Click-talking plants .
Better than just talking to them . But try some castanets . Tap-dancing will work too , but the neighbours will think you're really crazy tap-dancing to the plants . Tojours .

Grinding your teeth .
A common complaint , usually explained away as stress . Actually , your teeth are trying to click together . A part of the body's housekeeping routine . Programming the gums and intestinal tract .

Just for the hell of it , click your teeth together 5 times together with 5 double-tongue clicks interspersed as you feel . Count them . You will feel an immediate stress-relief feeling . Blood pressure will drop . Be careful if medication to lower blood pressure is taken .

I just thought of the above , and tried it .
The teeth (molars mostly) must click against each other . You will notice there is a damage-control protocol hardwired in . The teeth will click , but not hard enough to cause damage . This already tells us that this is an old system .

The natural tendency will be for a double-teeth click , followed by a double tongue-click with the mouth open . The process then repeats , varying the teeth , tongue and mouth open/closed .

Be careful of hypotension of the cardiovascular system . The stress relief is very pronounced . Especially around the neck and upper shoulder muscles .

Teeth-grinding should cease .

But why ?
I did not expect this . But the effect is so pronounced that I cannot ignore it .
The neck and shoulder muscles do not relax through an effort of will or exercise . They just relax . (Sort of melt) .

Maybe a double bite-bite on empty air signals the end of an aggressive episode , and for expensive fight-or-flight mechanisms to stand down .

This would make this fairly deep-wired , certainly deeper than psychological stress .

Phene effects .
The stand-down is an immediate stand-down , regardless of the number previous stress-generating events . This must be true , since this is the epigenetic programming system . There is no other memory system .

Phene programming of immune-systems , bone-growth , digestion , neural growth etc ,are immediately affected . Genes are switched from crisis to maintenance . Using the carbohydrate-energy mechanism is a short-term crisis mechanism .

Standing down the mechanism should ameliorate conditions like Diabetes II .

Or getting fat .

Want to get thin ?
The algorithm :
Double-teeth click , followed by a double tongue-click with the mouth open . The process then repeats , varying the teeth , tongue and mouth open/closed .
Repeat at least ten times a month .
That’s it .

Can it be this simple?
Yes .

Why has nobody thought of it before ?
As far as I am aware , nobody in our recorded history has thought that the click of teeth together can have physiological effects . Prehistoric societies were probably aware of the effect .

Yet it does , as you can find out for yourself .
The same for the simplicity . Simple causes has wide effects , because they are so basic . You must look at the whole argument .

In any case , there is hardly any risk .
I am doing it . Tojours!

Hasta la vista !
Coming or going .
