We calculate the mass of the human soul from first principles .
A first order result : Soul mass = n! * 0.11576 gm .

Note the argument that we are living in a simulation . This absolves me of ramming things down your throat .

Argument :
AG is a dimensionless number .

αG can be defined in terms of any pair of charged elementary particles that are stable and well-understood. A pair of electrons, of protons, or one electron and one proton all satisfy this criterion. Assuming two electrons, the defining expression and the best current estimate of its value are:

§ G is the Newtonian constant of gravitation;
§ me is the mass of the electron;
§ c is the speed of light in a vacuum;
§ ħ ("h-bar") is the reduced Planck constant;
§ mP is the Planck mass.

Tease it apart :
Ag = m(e) / (h/2pi) * m(e) /{c/G}

Let A = m(e) / (h/2pi)
And B = m(e) /{c/G}

Dimensionally ,
A = seconds/meter squared
B= meter squared/ seconds .
So the product is a dimensionless number .

But we know that 1/ (h/2pi) is the complexity in a Beth(0) universe ..

The first defineable things that will appear in a universe .

We can calculate it for our universe :
A= 9.109 * 10^ (-31) / (1.054 * 10^(-34))
= 8.638 * 10(+3) kg
This is the inverse of the minimum necessary mass to surface in Beth(0) universe for a soul .

The inverse is the minimum mass necessary .
1/A = 0.11576 * 10^(-3) kg .

This is 0.11576 gm per monad .
In delineated systems , soul-masses will increase factorially .

"Mirror , mirror on the wall , who is the fairest of them all ."

The invention of large glass-mirrors circa 1300 AD led to an explosion of fashion across the globe . Textiles and paper manufacturing blossomed . Printing followed .

A delicious cross-linkage .
Hand-mirrors were known from Neolithic times (obsidian , copper , bronze , silver , gold ) . Anything that could be made into a smooth , polished , reflective surface .
But very expensive , and small .
This already had led to a cosmetics industry .
"What does my face look like ?"

But notice that the mirror from the Medieval quote above is "on the wall" .
Too heavy to hold . A Large glass mirror .

Venice , being the hub of the glass industry in the west by 1200-1300 AD , not only invented spectacles , but also large mirrors .

Large mirrors had a synergistic effect with spectacles on civilization .
Indeed , the explosive effect of large mirrors laid the groundwork for the Renaissance.

Why ?
Human vanity .
Seeing what they really looked like in a instantaneous-feedback device , made the nobility want to look better.
Fashion was born .
Clothing , properly cut and worn , can hide a multitude of things .

The textile and tailoring industry took off .
To quote from "The Birth of Power Dressing" by Ulinka Rublack ("History Today" Jan 2011 p20) (circa 1300 AD)
"At the same time , new media and the spread of mirrors led to more people becoming interested in their self-image and how they appeared to others ."

Once the fashion systems took off , normal evolutionary rules were followed .
Extravagance to show fitness . Since power and wealth were concentrated in Court Circles , if you did not dress up , you were nowhere . This reached it's peak in Versailles , suitably symbolized by the Hall of Mirrors .

Meanwhile , back at the Ranch :
The resources poured into glass , textiles and dyes stimulated the revolutions in lenses , astronomy , trade , agriculture , printing , chemistry , etc .
And don't forget the metallurgy to make durable , sharp scissors . This is not a trivial problem . Bad scissors can make the difference between a profitable cut of material and a loss .

Production of large quantities of finely-weaved material led to cheap , quality paper .
After self-help pamphlets , patterns for fashionable clothes was the bread-and-butter of the publishing industry .
Ironically , this is returning with nano-fabricators .
The money will be made in the pattern , not the material .

Fashion .
Still one of the biggest industries today .
Tailors have become coutouriers , with Houses (medieval hangovers)
An interesting exercise is to extrapolate how long a House would last if all mirrors should suddenly vanish . This is on par with seeing how long present civilization would last if all spectacles suddenly vanish .

Human Perversity :
One would think that humans would not like to see themselves as they really are , warts and all .
Yet , some of the largest industries on the planet is based on exactly this principle .
The hope is to better themselves . To appear better than their initial image .
The triumph of hope over experience .

The Death of the Fool .
Pre-mirror Courts had Fools , who had license to mock the ruler in mirror-image .
They disappeared as large mirrors became more prevalent .
An early case of technological unemployment .
A precarious survival of the genre is in Mimes .

Interpretive Miming :
I have noticed that in cases where street-mimes follow me and exactly mimic my movements , I get very annoyed at a pre-conscious level . Why ?
Mirrors too accurate ? Attempts at manipulation as coutouriers do with their artfully placed mirrors ?
I would suggest to the mime to build in a small deviation from the mirror .
Counter-exaggeration would be nice .
This should enhance acceptance . And monetary returns .

Sigh . A tale of human civilization .

Synopsis :
Dark matter and Dark energy are misinterpretations of slingshot effects where the probe-mass is not infinitesimal .
In other words , they are observational artifacts .

Field Theory assumes that Probe Masses can be infinitesimal . Yet , if we combine finite probe masses with SlingShot theory , a better fit to explain astrophysical anomalies is obtained . Also meson interactions .

Why Slingshot ?
1. Because we do not have a theory of three interacting masses . But we can do it for two masses . But everything rotates and orbits . So , we can describe all moving delineated masses as interactions of two masses slingshotting .
2. It is a valid mechanism for converting angular momentum into linear momentum .

And vice-versa .

The alert reader will notice reactionless drives and high-energy storage devices lurking in these seeming innocuous statements .

An Example :
A simple slingshot , though the principles hold for more complex cases .

We choose not to let m be small relative to M .
But we are also too lazy , ignorant and old to count every particle in a universe .

So we cheat and say : let x = m/M , then integrate v2 for 0 <= x =<1 .
This means that the probe mass m takes on finite values from zero to our major mass M . This then includes subatomic and atomic and any other particles .

This gives values

Equation (1) tells you how to make an inertialess drive .
The Spindizzy strikes again !

Equation (2) is an Energy equation and is responsible for all those horrible contortions of Mond (especially the last term of +1) .

It also tells you how to make stable , high , density energy storage devices .

Remember , magnetism is spin . If there is spin , there are Slingshots .

Galaxies seeming to orbit too close and fast/slow are simply exchanging slingshot masses (cf mesons)

Bits and pieces of the universe keep on flying around , creating space-time as they go.
It depends on their entanglements . The present universe looks more like an amoeba , with tentacles shooting out . The extent of space and time depends on where you look.

Vacuoles ?
Mini-universes created by tendrils of slingshot masses enclosing . Interesting spin effects as different tendrils have different velocities .
These should be able to be created in the laboratory .

Complexity :
Invert the Heisenberg Principle to define the Complexity of a Beth(0) Universe .
dx*dmv >= h/2pi ….Heisenberg uncertainty principle

Let 1/dx be all the possible values of x (ie the complexity of space)
Let 1/dmv be all the possible values of momentum . (ie complexity of time)

1/dx * 1/dmv <= 2pi/h ….from Heisenberg uncertainty principle
<= 9.482514 * 10^33
This is the measure of Complexity of the Beth(0) Universe we find ourselves in .

This almost certainly means that we are in a simulation .
The Complexity of Beth(0) is too small .

But is it sufficient for open-ended complexity of Beth(>0) ?

I can intuit that there is a threshold .

Bah .

I can also intuit that we are probably on a chaotic boundary threshold .
Go one way , and you recycle (Karma concept)
Go another way , advance .

And it was designed this way .

Storming Heaven .
Shooting tendrils of space-time into the multiverse will decrease the Heisenberg constant , thereby increasing the complexity past the threshold of recycling .
The Poor Civilization's Singularity .

The mass of the soul .
This can now be calculated from first principles from the complexity of momentum .
It is about 4! gm = 24 gm relative to the surrounding universe simulation .

Appendix A
The Problem with Fields .

A sad tale of Hidden Assumptions and Fictitious Forces .

Our story begins with Isaac Newton about 400 years ago . He proved that radially symmetric bodies (like balls) can be treated as a point-mass from a gravitational viewpoint as long as f=G*m(1)*m(2)/ (R^2) holds . This is his famous Law of Gravitation .

Fast forward to the Twentieth Century . Space probes were measured to have accelerations not predicted by expected theory . (See New Scientist 20 Sept 2008 p38 "Fly-by Fright." )

Fright indeed . Physical laws were under threat .
It was first noticed with the Pioneer probes and stimulated the MOND (Google it) modification to Newton's Law .
But the effect was small and controversial .

But then even a bigger shock came . Probes doing slingshots around the Earth (like Gallileo in 1992 , Near Shoemaker in 1998 ) showed such large divergences from expected velocities after the slingshot that the matter could not be swept under the carpet anymore . (The favourite human response.)

Is our understanding of physics wrong ?

No .

What is going on ?

They treated planets as point sources in their programs .
(Remember , these are the guys that mixed up newtons and poundals on the Mars probe) .

The Earth-Moon illustration .
The system orbits around a common center of gravity which lies inside the Earth .
Even school atlases' state this .

You can treat the Earth as a gravity point-source , but then you must include the Moon as well (and other bodies , but their effect is very small) .

The velocity change during the slingshot maneuver is dependant on the Earth's rotation around the common center of gravity . The Earth-Moon rotational plane coincides roughly with the Earths equator . Hence the observational datum that the velocity change is proportional the difference in the angles incoming and outgoing with reference to the equatorial plane .

What is happening ?
Are conservation laws being violated ?
No .

Internal Slingshot .

It is simply a slingshot maneuver around a virtual mass .

The Earth-Moon rotating system is not radially symmetric . It is lumpy . The velocity change is dependant on a large number of factors , but can be calculated .

The energy comes from the weak coupling between angular momentum and linear momentum .
From a really basic viewpoint , this can be easiest seen as the difference between a straight line touching a circle and the continuation of the circle . (Newton's laws measure forces by disturbances from a straight line .)

Another way of looking at it :
The gravitational attractions on an outside probe of masses rotating around each other and about a common center of gravity do not cancel out . A small vector-residue is left .
This is a dynamical effect . Movements only need apply .

This can be calculated ,
But will vary in every instance .
(A software-computer (General Theory) is not possible .) This is because there are three bodies involved :
Earth , Moon and Probe .

The Three-body Problem has no general solution . This is well known in mathematics Now are you happy ?

Calculating this gravitational difference gives rise to a disturbing effect : the mathematical terms for the field probe does not vanish .
In hindsight , a necessary effect because of the general insolubility of the Three-Body problem . But not obvious beforehand .

This is simply restating there is no general solution of the Three-body Problem .
Two bodies plus a probe makes a three-body problem . Every case will be different . Use Chaos theory .

This will be true for any body in the solar System (ie Pioneer probes) , as well as any rotating set of bodies in this Universe .

The Field Assumption .
Beloved of theoretical physicists , mainly because they are too lazy to do it properly .

The Classical definition is a probe mass , charge or whatever examined near the identifiable object . The forces the probe experience are defined as the Field . The Probe is then ignored .

This has the hidden assumption that the effect of the probe can be cancelled out .
(Ie that it is really a Two-body Problem).

In most radially symmetric objects like balls or charges this can be done .
But , alas , it breaks down if the objects are lumpy . Then the pesky mathematical terms denoting the probe just won't go away .

Without the hidden assumptions about symmetry , error margins have to be specified .
We cannot use our software computer (ie theory) to cancel out the interference of our test-probe .

This is analogous to Heisenberg's Uncertainty Principle , but not similar .

You have to understand levels of Randomness
(See "NewTools " )
Error-margins at Beth(x+1) level for Beth(x) levels can be made arbitrarily small (although maybe not zero) .

General Relativity and Tensors .
This effect can be clearly seen if you use Ricci's Tensors to denote gravitational fields. This is the really general granddaddy of fields .
Tensor theory very clearly requires that tensors are only defined in continuous and differentiable spaces . (Rather amusing , since this takes place before any metric is assigned . Sub-Space !) Hence the problems with quantum gravity . A quantal system is by definition discontinuous . Trying to describe it by continuous methods is futile .

Or Bio-fields . Things are just too idiosyncratic for meaningful abstractions using fields .

Fictitious Forces .
The major culprit is centripetal force (also known as centrifugal force ) . This is a fictitional force to balance the theory's bookkeeping .

From the above you can see that a large composite body like a galaxy composed of many objects rotating around each other and all around a center will have a nett attraction either larger or smaller than by gravity alone .

If larger , objects that we observe to fall around it in orbit will have a higher speed than required by the fictitious centripetal force of purely gravitational attraction .
Dark matter , anyone ?

If smaller , things fly apart .
Negative Dark matter , anyone ?

If you look at the maths , being exactly the same will smack of design (The probability of this is very small for Beth(0) randomness ) .
Stellar engineering on Beth(2) or Beth(3) scale .

Does this sound familiar ?

Dark Matter .
Phlogiston , ahoy! Your buddy Dark Matter is coming .
You can then dance the Ptolemaic Gavotte .

Can Fields be salvaged ?
Maybe .
But then horrible contortions are necessary .
Dimensions writhe in semi-being . As a last resort , a marriage counselor might have to be called in .

But why bother ? There are better ways .

If you have to , assign error margins to every field-point and interact the error-margins . This will automatically result in spiky discontinuities . Gauss would have loved them , but unless you are as expert as he was, try the simpler route .

Once again , why bother ? Use Beth(x) systems .

And if you are feeling adventurous , try numbers that only exist at different Beth(x>1) levels .

Guaranteed to lose weight .

Judicial systems and the Singularity.

Synopsis :
Adversarial and Inquisitorial justice systems (Thesis-Antithesis) are forced into the melting pot of increased inter-connectivity via technology .The resulting synthesis will be much fairer .

Discussion :
See "Cellphones and Hierarchies" May 2009 , reproduced in Appendix I for easy reference .

It is only two years on since the article in Appendix I was written , and the effects of the conflict can clearly be seen .

1.Greed :
Adversarial judicial systems leads to runaway greed , as the best lawyers can only be afforded by greedy accumulations of capital (A problem that was one of the main causes of the fall of the Roman Republic and Empire) .

Sharia Law is becoming quite popular as far as interest is concerned . South African banks are now offering car and home transactions based on zero interest . Of course interest is factored into the profit the bank charges , but this is fixed (not open-ended and at the mercy of the general repo-rate) . Effectively , the bank has to share some of the risk in the transaction .

Early Christianity had the same features , but the Black Death and centuries of warfare eroded the safeguards till we sit with the mess today .

2.Speed :
Adversarial systems slow things down , as expensive appeal follows expensive appeal until the litigants are bankrupt or defunct
We have actual cases in SA where defendants spend years awaiting trial , then get sentenced a few months .

This leads to plea-bargaining . This can be beneficial in special criminal cases , but in civil litigation it leads to a perversion of justice . Examples in the medical and pharmaceutical field abound . Guilty parties escape by muzzling their accusers with plea-bargains and confidentiality agreements , to continue their depredations .

The synthesis :
Muslim Countries :
The present popular uprisings in the Muslim countries are due to
1.Technology (coming Singularity) enhancing interconnectivity.
2.Experience with a functional , fair Inquisitorial system (Sharia) .
3.Knowledge of some of the better aspects of the Adversarial system (the Bill of Rights)

This last can only be enforced by some overarching authority . In the Muslim world this means the establishment of a Caliph .
They face the old Sunni , Shia , etc divides .
But this can be overcome by
a. Limiting the Caliph's powers (Bill of Rights)
b. Electing him .
This is not perfect , but better than the present and past knock-out wars .
Good luck with the details !

The West :
Severe pressures are building up in the EU between France (Code Napoleon , which is an Inquisitorial system) and Brussels-AK-USA , which is Adversarial . The main contention is greed . Even in the USA it is causing widespread dissension , but the Christian Fundamentalists does not seem to be too eager to tackle the bull by the horns and reform the interest mechanisms .

They have had an Inquisitorial system for more than 2 000 years . Great for stability , but hampers innovation . They overcame this with the Special Zones , streaming judicial and interest control structures by Central Control.
Riding the Dragon !

Japan :
Kicked out of their somnolence by the March 2011 earthquake , major activity by consensus mechanisms forged by interconnected groups using technology can be expected . Anticipate a tri-partite parliament (parliament in the original sense of groups talking to each other) of the Young , the Middle-aged and the Old .
Virtual special zones for each group , with votes on resources and enterprises .
They are entirely too vulnerable to localized catastrophes like the recent earthquake .
This will form a template for other societies around the globe with the same problems .

Expansionist conflicts (also known as resource wars)
Expansionist conflicts will then be limited to the Young Parliaments , not the whole resources of a civilization .
Each 1/3 group has sufficient resources to destroy everybody .
Co-operate or die .

Interesting times indeed .
Especially as the co-operation Young Parliaments are the same groups striving for dominance .

The Judicial Synthesis will hunt through this chaos to find a Fairness Solution .

Hopefully a general one as we proceed into the Singularity .
But much more likely a number of localized Fairness Solutions .

Appendix I
Cellphones and Hierarchies .

Synopsis :
Cellphones and emails decreases the effectiveness of hierarchical organizations .

Discussion :
This seems counter-intuitive , but is immediately clear from Goldratt's Theory of Constraints .

High-level argument :
(See Appendix A for a Low Level Argument)

The very nature of an Hierarchy means that there are few people that can say Yes , but many that can say No .
By making communication faster and more efficient via cellphones or emails , the efficiency of the "No" segment is enhanced , but the efficiency of the "Yes" segment has a ceiling because of the smaller number of decision-makers .
Decisions accumulate at the choke-points of "Yes" deciders . Things slow down .
The whole system becomes less efficient , especially when measured from a time-viewpoint .

The Judicial System is very vulnerable to this effect . The number of decision-makers (magistrates , judges) is severely limited because of sad historical experience when a more ad-hoc approach was tried . This inevitably forces a hierarchy .
But it is also seen in projects (especially IT projects) where the organization cannot seem to let go of the hierarchical straight-jacket .

The result is that things slow down , are continually postponed , and generally stretch out on the time-axis .
In the meantime circumstances change . Often , by the time the original problem is settled , it has become irrelevant and the whole expensive project is cancelled . This happens often in IT .
The biggest cost-item is missed-opportunity costs . Many companies have gone bankrupt or suffered significant losses in market-share because of this .

Unfortunately , we cannot afford such a luxury in the Criminal Justice System or Service delivery in South Africa .

Companies can , and are , re-engineering themselves . The original WalMart organization was flat and non-hierarchical , preventing the fatal inventory-buildup of "No" decisions at the hierarchical nodes by empowering lower levels , or abolishing levels altogether . The Chinese are using this model . It is the classical Entrepreneur-Owner model .
Hence the term "Facebookism" to describe this model (see previous posts)
These self-organize to growth rates between 7% and 18% .

The Judicial Systems .
There is about 10 000 years of precedent , history , trial-and-error behind the present systems .
There are two main ones :

1.Trial-by-Combat .
(Ancient Egyptian , Middle-East , Roman , Dutch , Roman-Dutch , English , American)
This favours the Big Battalions . Champions (lawyers) are appointed and the judge is a referee .
Appeals can last a long time .

2.Trial-by-Examination .
(Chinese , Sharia , Early Christian , Code Napoleon) . Usually found post-revolution .
The judge examines and enquires , then makes a determination . Appeals are limited .

A fairer system . It is faster , the main requirement for ordinary people . An adverse determination can be recovered , but not if it drags on for years and years , with ever-escalating costs .
This is one of the main reasons Islam is gaining converts so fast . Faster justice . Usually fairer too at grassroots level .

Or China , for that matter . I have not seen any studies on the penetration of Chinese legal systems , but I think that many people prefer this to the western "Stomp-them and take no prisoners" approach .

The Code Napoleon was the most subversive product of the French Revolution .
The concept of legal fairness .
It destabilized Europe and is still destabilizing large parts of the world from the Roman-Dutch perspective .
Ever wondered why the French civilization was so appealing ? Even to the Vietnamese , who had seen off China and Japan .

There is an interesting little conflict shaping up between the Roman-Dutch legal system and the Code Napoleon in the EU . (Remember , the Dutch did not de-civilize or depopulate with the collapse of the Western Roman empire . This included their banking and legal systems.)

Fairness .
This keeps on popping up . As to be expected , since it is hard-wired in at a very deep level . One can argue that it can be experimentally proven at any level where learned helplessness has been proven . Since unfairness (randomness of rewards and punishments) forms the heart of learned-helplessness conditioning . Because of feedback neural networks .
And this has been proven down to cockroach level . If you treat a cockroach unfairly , it will retaliate even to its detriment . This has been experimentally proven with dogs , chimps , maybe cockroaches (I don't know) .
Definitely with humans .

The Roman-Dutch Legal System is fair only to corporates . With deep pockets and long memories . It evolved that way (Remember "Roman woman will not cook or grind corn." ? That far back . They really did a number on everybody else .

It is instructive to compare Early Christian and Sharia laws . They were mirror images initially . Even the women's clothes (nun's habits compared to chadors) were similar . Yet they diverged . Why ?:

The Black Death and Renaissance are usually taken as the reasons . But the only really major difference were the Low Lands of Western Europe , specifically the Dutch . This was recognized by the Roman Catholic Church . They saw them as pagans , direct descendants of the Romans .
Hence Spain's attacks on the Dutch . It was not about religion , or national hegemonies , or even dynasties . Two Legal Meme-Systems battled it out . The Dutch won .
So now you have to pay MicroSoft .

So why did this not happen in China ?

The Chinese did not evolve the concept of the Law above even the rulers . "The Mandate of Heaven" is by definition , arbitrary . So , in the usual human fractal fashion , it devolved down to arbitrary magistrarial examinations and determinations .

A strong argument against re-incarnation .
Imagine the message-queue Caesar or Ghenghis would face on his cell-phone and email .

Appendix A
A low-level argument a-la-Goldratt .

Imagine a factory floor with red machines that manufacture red widgets , and blue machines that uses the input of red widgets to manufacture blue widgets . The blue widgets are the output of the system .

The Red machines and widgets represent the "No" segments , the Blue widgets the output .

Now increase the efficiency of the red machines till the output of their red widgets overwhelms the inputs of the Blue machines.
The result is a build-up of inventory of red widgets in front of the blue machines .

In a bureaucracy or project this inventory build-up represents delays . Postponements . Slowdowns .

The results can be exactly calculated using Goldratt's Theory of Constraints .

This was the major reason for the demise of Conglomerates . (Remember them ?)

But the good news does not seem to have percolated down . Large organization and Governments keep on acting like Conglomerates , while trying to become more efficient by making parts of them more efficient .

The result is predictable .

Spanish Flu (H1N1) had a higher mortality rate for users of Aspirin .
Swine Flu (H1N1) the same to a higher degree .
Acrylamide poisoning is indicated .
Young fetuses spontaneously abort , but older ones has a more pronounced effect on the mother .

I do not have access to the articles , but from the precis it seems clear that there is a biochemical pathway between aspirin and acrylamide .

Flu viruses seem to target this . Notice the symptoms of numbness , tingling and tiredness which are common to flu and peripheral neuropathy . (The tingling exacerbates sneezing)

Temperature control goes out of whack and can fluctuate wildly . The nerves sending sensor data to the brain are damaged , usually in the middle of the axon .

In severe cases , the CNS is affected and general systemic collapse follows .

A fetus in the third trimester (when nerve tissue is rapidly developed) is especially vulnerable . The womb-systems might succeed in keeping acrylamide out , in which case the mother suffers . If not , the fetus dies . We would then expect a higher incidence of still births where flu is involved , especially Swine Flu .

A much higher incidence (near sterility) due to spontaneous abortions just after conception due to Swine flu can be expected in survivors .

Short-term Advantage to the virus :
1.The organism's immune system is placed in disarray by the disorganization of it's nervous system .
2. Other opportunistic organisms take advantage of this , further weakening the immune response by splitting it . Pneumococcia especially . But expect problems with domesticated bacteria who might use the opportunity (sensed via quorum systems) to switch on lethality genes .

Long-term Advantage to the virus :
More of it will be manufactured in the Phene-structures as discussed in "Coffee Foam : the Fertility Phene-switch"

What to do on getting Flu :
1.Do not take any aspirin .

2. From "Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy and Acrylamide" :
Cut down on acrylamide formation .

Bread , breadrolls , pizza and toast (especially the crust) : 10% - 30%

In general , avoid anything that used a temperature of 120 Celsius or above in it’s preparation . This includes teas .The effective concentrations of acrylamide needed to trigger the reaction is very low , especially for diabetics already sensitized .

Anything low GI microwaved submerged in water , or cooked without burning or browning should be ok .

3. Keep sugar spikes down . The virus might be actively promoting higher sugar levels (diabetes II ) to increase acrylamide production .

4. Evening Primrose Oils (active ingredient Alpha-Lipoic Acid )
This is not indicated for pregnant or breastfeeding women without medical supervision .
Some clinical trials indicate that this is effective in halting or reversing (actually repairing ) nervous system damage .

The road-gang . It facilitates repair of the axon .

From personal experience , this works .
But large doses are needed ( 1500 = 3x500 mg daily) for peripheral neuropathy .

5. Take sulfur supplements (MSM)
Discussed before ad nauseam .

6. In extremis :
6.1 A whiff of H2S (about rotten-egg concentration < 30 ppm) . The idea is that the body's immune system will concentrate it where necessary for a stasis reaction .
6.2 An infusion of infra-red opaque material , by injection if necessary . This will drastically affect phene-switches . Iffy - much more research is needed .

Spanish Flu :
Tinned foods (especially bullybeef) were all heated to about 150 degrees centigrade .
These formed the staples of soldiers and a lot of civilians during and after WW I. But note that it is high in acrylamide . Add aspirin and the flu virus and very high mortality rates were reached . The fertility rates also decreased drastically , (as discussed previously ).
Some populations never recovered previous fertility rates (eg Afrikaners in South Africa . Note priming during Boer War .)

Swine Flu Prognosis :
Will it switch to a more lethal form like the Spanish Flu ?

We have had a replay thus far (relatively mild flu with low mortality and world-wide incidence , now apparently wind-borne . Some isolated tribes of central-Brazilian Indians have reported up to 25 % positive tests)

From the viewpoint of the phene-mechanisms , high-mortality diseases are mild corrections . Low fertility is a much more serious correction , which can easily lead to species extinction .

If there is no switch to a more lethal form , it means that fertility rates will plunge and remain low forever (unless there is human intervention) . This will cause all sorts of short term social unrest . (There is not much of a long term)

Why does it work ?

The Trick :
1.Chopping (form schemata ie similarity templates)
2.Sorting . (Sort schemata per similarity) Very fast .
3.Symbolic regression (includes Genetic Programming)
This gives a search of the Genetic spaces not larger than the third order ie Order(n^3)

Proofs :

1. P19: "A schema is a similarity template describing a subset of strings with similarities at certain string positions " That's chopping up the problem into delineable pieces .

2. Sorting them (the order does not matter , as long as there is an order) puts similar schemata "next"to each other . This speeds up the Symbolic Regression .

3. P40 : "How many schemata are processed usefully ?"
The proof shows that "the number of schemata is proportional to the cube of the population size "

A NP problem is suddenly reduced to P size of cubic order of elements .( O(n^3) )
The alert reader will notice the 1/3 Reserve argument for infinite systems , despite it's heavy disguise .

Nice . But what does it mean ?
The Genetic algorithm reduces Hard Problems to soluble problems .
It only needs to search the similar schemata once per element .This drastically reduces searches to (n*(n-1)*(n-2) ) ~ n^3 for infinite search-spaces for unique items .

It searches the prepared data-spaces in polynomial time of order O(3) .
Which is why evolutionary systems use it .

Travelling Salesman Problem :
This is now a snap .
After sorting distances , make distances unique by random (+ , 0 , -) per city , giving

I mention this because most of the Symbolic Regression arguments are our old friend
the Travelling salesman in disguise . The iteration means that every time he gets back
to the starting point , he gets a new route . This has to be recalculated .

Singularity Significance :
This is the last , irrevocable step .
Humans will have to change their nature , or become irrelevant .

A cheap facilitator of internet trade , including maximizing Google searches .

I ran into them tonight . A guy flogging a biofeedback StressRelaxor system . But he had a very shallow google field . The top 4 hits was him , then nothing This is anomalous .
Digging a bit , I found Panjiva , optimizing the hits for a modest fee . And quite effectively , too .

Competition will then eventually force anybody or any company that does not employ a similar service into the lower rankings of any hierarchical search-engine .

The same old ratrace , only now we have to hire the rats to run for us .
The whole thing is quite legitimate , with some capable people as founders and directors .
And a very valuable service too , in terms of trade .

Only , those who do not join in , gets relegated to lower rankings .

Isn't competition wonderful ?

This is what happened to authors . You cannot get published without an agent .
The same thing is now happening to the Web . Blogs , etc .

Reduced to tweeting , are we ?

Panjiva Blog Service is a matter of time .

Garlic (Allicin) is a toxin produced by binary components alliin and enzyme alliinase These are kept in separate pockets , but mix when the plant is damaged (eaten) , producing allicin .

Dicussion :
This is a very old and beautiful mechanism , verging on symbiosis .

Note the presence of Sulfur : it evolved pre-oxygen , and evolved to keep pace .
It originally evolved to zap viruses and other bacteria to give the originators a relative advantage .
In multicellular organisms , it does the same .
Notice that the chemical (Allicin) evolved first , then reversed into the genomes of various organisms because it was so useful .
Allicin remains invariant , and genomes adapt to it .
A sort of "Inverse Prion"

But it is kept in check by various mechanisms :

1.Bad taste and smell and a burning sensation

This limits eating . The burning is sensation is caused by the activation of a separate neural network that evolved to simulate a burning sensation . This evolved into capsaicum receptors in mammals . Birds , reptiles and dinosaurs had equivalents .
Note sensitivity of marine mollusks to anti-fouling paints based on capsaicum-like chemicals .

2.Deactivation of enzyme alliinase if ph<3
This led to gastric acids .
Symbiotic bacteria in the intestines must be kept protected .
Swallowing garlic plants or powders will not work
If you drink coke ,pepsi etc , with your garlic , there will be little health benefit (see Appendix A for acidity of popular drinks)
But too much of a good thing can harm . A swig of acid drink(ph<3) will reset oral bacterial systems after eating garlic . But it must be pulsed at 2 minute intervals .

3.Quick breakdown of allicin at body temperatures :

16 hours at 23 C (from Wiki)

64 hours at 3 C (the fridge) . Throw away supermarket or even frozen minced garlic as far as health effects are concerned .

5.7 hours at 38 C (doubling of chemical activity every 10 C)
Very little allicin makes it through to the small intestines to upset the gut flora .

Cooking :
5 minutes at 100 C . (doubling of chemical activity every 10 C)
There is very little allicin left after 5 minutes of cooking .

The effects of Allicin is then concentrated in the mouth and throat : where the rubber hits the tar . Where any bacteria is an enemy . Kill them all , and let the immune system sort out the remainder .
This works well in pulsed dosages , hence another reason for the rapid breakdown of allicin .

4.Breakdown accellarators :
There is some evidence that there are some other chemicals in garlic that speeds up breakdown of allicin . Presumably binary , as well .

Preservation of allicin :
Cutler and Wilson found that an aqueous cream of allicin (0.5 g/L) compared well with 20 g/L of muporicin .
Aqueous cream is essentially an emulsion .

Make your own Allicin Cream :
Spray-on cream from an aerosol can is an emulsion .
Spray it into your bowl , then crush your garlic clove inside the cream emulsion . Hopefully , large enough percentages of the binary components alliin and enzyme alliinase are encapsulated by the lipid foams .
Smear it on , and as the foams evaporate and break down , the components interact .
Voila , allicin .
Dosages and timing will have to be found by experiment .
Be careful and err on the side of caution . 0.5 g/L allocin is kinda small .

An added advantage is that the burning sensation will be much ameliorated (cream is a milk product , which has been found to decrease the burning sensation .)

Smear it on the gums and swirl it (there will be greatly stimulated spit production) . Swallow if necessary . After a prederminate time (start at 2 minutes , then progress in sequence 4 , 8 ,16 , etc) . If discomfort is experienced , swill mouth with coke . Then milk if necessary .

It can be used as a topical cream for anti-fungal and bacteriocidal purposes on the skin.
Do not use it in capsules designed to bypass the stomach , or in suppositories without medical supervision by a really qualified doctor .

This would be like the Terminator loose in LA .

Making pure allicin , alliin and enzyme alliinase
Put clove of garlic in centrifuge test-tube , together with at least 3 balls whose diameter is slightly more than the radius of the test-tube .
Spin .
The relative motions of the balls will crush the garlic , and the centripetal forces will separate the various layers . These can then be tapped individually . But don't loiter too long , as the enzyme at the interface will eventually convert all the aliin into allicin .

Garlic Perles , oils , etc .
These are worthless as far as allicin health benefits are concerned .
These all involve macerating garlic cloves , then dissolving it into an oil .
Reaction between alliin and enzyme alliinase creates allicin . This decays within a matter of hours as set out above . What remains has very little(if any) bio-reactivity

Temperature release :
There might be a temperature release .
An old evolutionary structure would have added the extra "Oomph" of explosive micro-injection of the allicin . Ie an exothermic reaction between alliin and enzyme alliinase .
This gives opportunity of introducing retrovirals , bleach , etc into the teeth and jaw-bones by smearing a minute layer on the tooth , then biting down on the garlic clove (or cream) .

Really, really potent Garlic will blow your socks off !

Inverse Anthropomorphism

Synopsis :
Humans create structures (laws , civilization , culture , art , etc) that flow from their own nature . These are by definition and genesis Anthropomorphic .
But these structures are then modified by procedures outside normal human terms : like logic , mathematics , computer algorithms , formal laws , formal elective procedures , etc .
These changed structures feed back into humans , changing human nature , from their plastic cradle . Children are very susceptible .

This is known as Inverse-Anthropomorphism .

Discussion :

"Anthropomorphism is a term coined in the mid 1700s[1][2] to refer to any attribution of human characteristics (or characteristics assumed or believed by some to belong only to humans) to animals or non-living things, phenomena, material states and objects or abstract concepts."

Any religion that has deviated from the Founder's vision is an example . The organised religions (like Christianity , Islam , Science , Communism , etc) shows this clearly . The original concept became Anthropomorphised into an abstract concept . This was then manipulated and changed to a new abstract concept . This was then fed back into the educational establishments . Young children become fanatical Christians , Islamists , Scientists , Communists , Nazis , etc .
Punishment systems ensured adherence to the approved line .

This is Inverse-Anthropomorphism .
Initially the Ideal Anthropomorphism is simply more appealing than the Old Model .
Mostly for the better , I am forced to admit .

But there are always dissenters .
An Ideal Anthropomorphism is then rammed down human throats , changing human nature.
Slavery was the usual mechanism .
(I do not like the way this argument is going .)
This means that very poor societies cannot afford slaves . (Historically supported)
Slavery was then the usual mechanism used for forced Inverse-Anthropomorphism .
Which is why Civilization is usually associated with cities (surplus wealth)
Eventually slavery disappears as wealth increases .

This explains some puzzling problems with the USSR Gulag system . How could a system with 2/3 slaves in the Gulag suddenly become so rich ?

Something similar is happening in the USA with their Gulag of criminalised inner-city dwellers
They created their own barbarians by greedy and stupid educational policies , then very cleverly trained them as military mercenaries .
State loss of control of legal armed forces is the rock that sunk the old Roman Republic , and many others subsequently .
Warlordism is the usual result , with widespread , but spotty slavery .
But , hey , after a century or two the misery smears out .

The Chinese Model :
China has been through this many times . Hence their model of Voluntary Indenture . Also known as Economic Growth Zones . Free enterprise with a vengeance (ie no rules) , but bruised and battered unsuccessful participants can retire with honour to other districts .
This is The Trick !

This is actually cheaper than having the USA model across the whole country . The losers do not have to be sustained by the state through the dole or prison .

This is that extra +6% growth in the Chinese economy They do care for the losers but do not have to support them , and do not criminilize them . A large proportion return to the fray (the Capitilistic Recidivists) . Not only do they not cost the state anything , but a certain percentage have learned something and generate new wealth .
They also do not generate discontent .
(Scheming how to make money is usually fairly harmless to the state.)

Capitalistic Recidivism
Recidivism is then not criminal recidivism , but Capitalistic Recidivism . Try , and try again . The success percentages should make fascinating reading .
I estimate it to be at least 33% , but this contributes a far higher relative percentage to the GDP .
Note that venture capital plays a roughly equivalent role in the US , but not at lower levels .

Looking after the small ones .
Being Kindly to the Small Ones pays on the bottom line .
A strange concept to Western systems .

Human Rights .
Is it a Human Right not to be penalised too much for trying , and failing ?
Real-life experience in large organizations for lower echelons says "Screw up and you are fired and blacklisted"

In China a clerk would be fired , sent home , but can try again .

China is thus more Human Rights friendly than the USA . Especially entrepreneurial rights .
The reason for their relative success .

In this sense , China has learned from experience in a visceral sense . They might lose against the Mongols or the Manchu , but the Ming and Mao are always waiting . At the end , the Mongols and Manchu ended up Chinese .

Adoption as a Dynastic Strategy :
The Chinese dynasty was roughly equivalent to the Roman gens , (or Arabian ibn , or Hebraic ben ) . All used out-adoption to cement alliances . In-adoptions were rarer , but due to low birthrates and a lot of assassinations , they happened .

Intriguing correlation with Eunuchs and medical technology .
Note the dearth of in-adoptions of eunuchs in history . Theoretically , modern democracies can be described as the in-adoptions of eunuchs into the ruling dynasty (since their children are usually irrelevant) . This means that it is theoretically possible that a line of in-adopted eunuch rulers are possible as a dynasty .
But this has never happened openly .

Talent is rare , and cutting their balls off does not seem to be a winning strategy .
Even so , it was a bad strategy .
Why ?

It boils down to a showdown between Aristotle's disinterested philosopher-king (eg the eunuch) and his pupil Alexander .We know how that went . Also all other eunuch controlled systems . There was simply not enough commonality between ruler and ruled .

Female Eunuchs .

Post-menopausal women . The Grandmothers . The Real Bosses .

Remember , most of the smart and experienced ones survived , compared to the male eunuchs or males in general
More smart menopausal women survived than smart males , whole or eunuchs . Isn't genetics wonderful ?

Information is the Ultimate Singularity . It can be created , but not destroyed .
Four basic classes of Singularities are adduced .

It is Infinite in a literal sense .

This follows directly from (A plus ~A < Universum) . There is always a possibility of such a Universe , since we can think of it . The Universum is just much larger than we can conceive .

1.Class A Singularities .
(A for Attractor) .
A delineated system can be described as having an attractor at a center , with an attraction force inversely proportional to the distance of elements from the center .
Two main sub-classes spring to mind :

1.1Class AB Singularities .
(AB for Attractor Black Hole)
The well-known physical model in a Relativistic Space-Time .
The attraction force is gravity/spacetime curvature , which is mostly proportional to the inverse square of whatever metric is being employed . This can get "rococo"on small or very large scale : see below .

Over certain thresholds of matter concentration and conglomeration , a black hole forms . This consists of an inner Singularity (from which no information can escape ) and a surrounding event-horizen , from which no light can escape .

If that Universe has a Planck-length and Planck-time
Quantum fluctuations are possible .
Information (about mass , curvature and age ) can still escape from the event-horizon via Hawking radiation. Typically , no (or very few) mini-blackholes would then be observed . Their evaporation would stimulate and leave room for particle formation /
Spacetime curvature would be positive .
Putatively our Native Universe .

Else If that Universe has NOT either Planck-length and Planck-time
No quantum fluctuations . Hence no Hawking radiation . Particles won't form , as their place would be usurped by mini-black holes .
Spacetime curvature would be negative or zero .
A strange place .

I can intuit that a transform can be mapped , but I am too stupid to do it .
Eg life-forms would have mini-blackholes as cellular units and singularities as cell-walls . I can see that rococo space-time manipulations on small scale can give some of the advantages of Class AB Singularities . But exactly how ?

This is usually used to describe things like Civilizations , software , etc , though it is at heart the same as above .

An example of the Singularity Attractor human civilization is in at the moment should illustrate the principles .

A quick historical run-through of the process :
Information gyres in the phase-spaces around the nexi where interconnections are the densest (cities) . This generates new information , which refers back in a feedback-loop .

The various nexi interconnect and the process accelerates .(Universities)

Internet , Google and Facebook interconnects elements to such a degree and at such speed that outsiders might get the same data , but simply do not understand the information generated in the process .

The Information-flow becomes more-and-more one way into the nexi , until eventually the Information-flow out of the nexi is un-understandable .

A traveling man . Usually takes off for branes unknown when a G-Universe shuts up shop . Can be inveigled in by a free meal , but is pathologically shy of commitment.Well-known for leaving troublesome by-blows and charges

4 Class D Singularities .
(D for Death) .

Death for sapients is seen as a Singularity , because the information flow is only one way .
There is a lot of anecdotal evidence that information is sometimes the other way , but nothing reliable enough to be classed as a technology in present terms .

From arguments above , we expect copies data-correlations of individuals to be stored
in sets of G-Universes . Correlating these into a personality structures is a problem that has been solved in the Sol III lab , and presumably others . See previous posts on mirror networks , timing and quantum timing in assembling structures .

In human terms , all souls are kept and integrated to form new individuals .
Back-information flow is restricted (kindergarten) . Also , do you want to go back to Grade 1 when you just went to Grade II ?

Synopsis :
Cellular meta-control mechanisms (Phenes) situated on the cell- and nucleus wall are expanded on in more depth .

Discussion :

The article "The Inner life of the Genome" by Tom Miseli in the Feb 2011 Scientific American (p46) pulled together a number threads previously discussed in this blog .

Briefly , he found that DNA is organized in the following physical arrangements in a working cell-nucleus :
DNA -> Wound around Histone Spools -> Histone Spools fold to form Chromatin strings -> Heterochromatin strings (a very tightly folded Chromatin strings) (see para 6 below)

Heterochromatin is so tightly wound that the DNA is inaccessible to transcription factors (ie inert , switched off) . They are found mostly near the nucleus wall . The Chromatin strings form delineated tangles , with preferred positions in the nucleus space .

Near the center are volumes called Transcription factories .
This is where the rubber hits the tar .
Volumes rich in aggregations of cellular components , polymerase enzymes and transcription factors . How did they get there ? See point 4 below about Chaperones and Self-organization .

Genes on the outer Heterochromatin string , on activation from the Phene system , unwinds to make the DNA accessible . The chromatin string simultaneously also migrates inward to a transcription factory (presumably triggered by the phene signal) and gets expressed .
This has been described as the Histone Code forming the epigenetic system

From evolutionary considerations , meta-control systems on cell-level and nucleus level are taken to be related .
Not only are they descended from the same ur-mechanisms , but if they were not related , that would add another expensive translation layer between cell-wall and nucleus-wall , with concomitant chances of error .
Evolutionary pressures would have elided any such mutation .

(Sounds logical , but is it true ? I suspect it is usually true , but exceptions will be found .
The perversity of animate matter exceeds that of inanimate matter by orders of magnitude)

The Histone System can then be seen as an important subset of the Epigenetic System
But the epigenetic system can have signals that are not relevant to cells .

How does it know where to go ?
One theorizes that initially it is self-organizing (ie a hit-or-miss affair) . But various Beth levels will force an evolution of chaperones (see "Chaperones , Unpacking and Asthma" Aug 2008 )
So , one envisages a mixture of chaperones(2/3) and self-organization (1/3) ( "NewTools reserves" Nov 2008 . Error arguments.)

5; Chromosome abnormalities (like cancer) . Without a chaperone the dangling loop is vulnerable to breaking and then joining up with an unsuitable partner . Like in any bad marriage , the children suffer .

6.Stem Cells :
The above description is for a mature , functioning differentiated cell .
Things are different just before and after divisions .
In Embryonic stem-cells , there are no Heterochromatin strings .
All the genes are active , but the shebang is not very robust .

On receiving a phene-signal to differentiate the cell , lamin proteins are formed and fold Chromatin strings -> Heterochromatin strings and also tether them to the nucleus wall . The nucleus becomes much more robust .
Lamin proteins can then be classified as chaperones .
But notice how easily nearly any cell can be turned back into a pluripotent cell .
The body does this all the time (lately , stem cells have been created out of cells found in urine .This is very unlikely for a storage mechanism .)

"The nuclear lamina consists of a two-dimensional matrix of proteins located next to the inner nuclear membrane. Thelamin family of proteins make up the matrix and are highly conserved in evolution. During mitosis, the lamina matrix is reversibly disassembled as the lamin proteins are phosphorylated. Lamin proteins are thought to be involved in nuclear stability, chromatin structure and gene expression."

The lamins are thriftily reprocessed during mitosis . This means there is an programmed biological pathway to reverse differentiation (ie create stem cells) . Which why stem cells are so easily created .

The only problem now is why the body does not do it more frequently (ie why grow old?) It seems that the phene system has a memory , and the new cells after mitosis are reprogrammed .

Any helpful suggestions are welcome .

7; Heat pulses and Timing .
From para 4 above (Self-organization) , random movement due to heat promotes self-organization .
The molecules creating timing mechanisms are evolutionary very old (recent findings) . Heat pulses at harmonics of the diurnal rhythm should entrain the self-organizing process and reduce copying errors quite drastically .
(Remember , a modest 10 degree Celsius rise in temperature doubles chemical activity on a molecular level)

The Tea Ceremony .
An existing and proven technology .

The number of seconds in a day = 3^3 * 2^7 * 5^2 = 86 400
Sipping a very hot liquid every x seconds will pulse with resonances at
X= 2,3,4,5,6, 8,9,10,12.15,16,18,20,24, 25,27,30,… seconds
About 2-3 seconds per sip seems doable . The liquid must be kept hot and the sip rate maintained . This is ok for stomach systems .

We know long-term nerve potentiating is about 10 minutes , so if nervous system is targeted , sip slower (but not longer than 6 seconds between sips) and the tea must be kept at the same temperature . Eg for 6 seconds between 2.5 ml sip , you will drink 10*60/6*2.5 = 250 ml (about one cup .)

Will a Tea Ceremony with iced tea have the same effect ?
If the nervous system is targeted , yes . Entrainment is the goal . So the bigger the temperature difference , more the body will notice . Remember the caffeine .

The maximum effect if you want to target the nervous system (relax, etc) would be then to do the Tea Ceremony and make each alternate sip iced tea and very hot tea as described above . Each in a demi-tasse .

I'm afraid Tea Ceremony purists in Japan and China will not welcome this conclusion

In other cases , you can experiment , but I estimate that hot alone will work .

Bar flies , hot chocolate and hot/iced coffee I leave for enthusiastic students .

Or else you can pulse infrared at these rates and frequencies derived from Rife's work

Or else sit in the sun with a shade that fluctuates (old style Eastern potentate , or rotating sun-umbrella with variable panels)

Or else watch TV . Heat radiation on old cathode-ray TV's will resonate at 25 , 27 ,30 times per second .
Children sitting close will be more susceptible .
Watching TV on CRT's makes them healthier ? Some independent verification is required here .
Computer screens and games ditto .

Synopsis :
Cellular-wall control systems(phenes) of epigenetic and virus systems are becoming known and described .

Discussion :
See NewScientist 8 Aug 2009 p 41 "Kills all known germs" by B Holmes .
Relevant research by Philip Thorpe at University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas .

See also "Coffee Foam" 2 Aug 2009 and later .

The argument is simple : self-replicating structures started on the walls of bubbles (probably clay : Gecko life) . These developed into the present day epigenetic control structures of processes inside the bubbles (ie cells) .
Viruses are messengers/controls both for intra-cellular and extra-cellular use .
Which is why they are usually wrapped in variants of the cell-wall .

Phosphatidylserine :
From the NewScientist article , this is a molecule mostly found sticking out of the inner lining of the cell-wall . Virus budding entails that this molecule is then found in particular patterns sticking out of the outside the outer cell-wall .

We expect such a mechanism if the cell-wall harbours the meta-controls (ie epigenetics) of the cell and some multicellular activity (ie virus messenger generation).

Humans have created antibodies that inactivate or target-for-destruction the bits of the Phosphatidylserine molecule sticking out of the cell-wall .

This will break the feedback-cycle of a large range of harmful viruses (apparently including HIV , Flu's , some cancers) .
Bavituximab ( a name only a Pharma could love) does exactly this . Expect to see a lot of it .

The question is :
Why are these antibodies not part of the body's normal immune system ?
The virus system is also used for information carrying .

Suppressing the virus system completely will destroy a multicellular organism , and make it revert to a collection of individual cells , even down to elemental chemicals if done properly . (Cf Ebola , SuperEbola , etc)

This can be bypassed by shining intense , quantum-entangled infra-red light through the mess (see previous posts) .

The normal system has to play a delicate balancing act between destruction from bad viruses and good,communication viruses .

If the baddies get too big an influence , intervention might be required . This is the duty of the epigenetic system . Why is it falling down on the job ?

The Dendritic Immune sytem
This is the connection between the synapse-type learning systems and the phene-system in the cell walls .

The dendritic immune system's effectiveness is magnified by at least 3 orders of magnitude by a continuous sharp pressure-differential . The search space is drastically reduced by stochastic resonance . (The proof is either immediately obvious or very long).

Hence modern music and it's prevalence .

Your chances of survival is about 10^3 better if you listen to some semi-random rock.
Hence iPod and others . This is a real effect .

But we can do better than that by internal Click programming .
You know : Clicking the tongue , beak , teeth , exoskelet .

There is no animal with synapses or an immune system that makes no clicks at some stage .
This is actually quite amazing .

We would then expect plants to be noisy . And they are , on very low frequencies . This is how desert elephants survive : they hear the bulbous plants growing by the low-frequency pulses sensed through their feet . A patch of bulbs would have a signature low-frequency pulse observable from a long way off . (The bulbs would evolve-learn to spurt growth at the same time . This would lessen the chance of detection and eating by close-by herbivores not as smart as elephants)

Click-talking plants .
Better than just talking to them . But try some castanets . Tap-dancing will work too , but the neighbours will think you're really crazy tap-dancing to the plants . Tojours .

Grinding your teeth .
A common complaint , usually explained away as stress . Actually , your teeth are trying to click together . A part of the body's housekeeping routine . Programming the gums and intestinal tract .

Just for the hell of it , click your teeth together 5 times together with 5 double-tongue clicks interspersed as you feel . Count them . You will feel an immediate stress-relief feeling . Blood pressure will drop . Be careful if medication to lower blood pressure is taken .

I just thought of the above , and tried it .
The teeth (molars mostly) must click against each other . You will notice there is a damage-control protocol hardwired in . The teeth will click , but not hard enough to cause damage . This already tells us that this is an old system .

The natural tendency will be for a double-teeth click , followed by a double tongue-click with the mouth open . The process then repeats , varying the teeth , tongue and mouth open/closed .

Be careful of hypotension of the cardiovascular system . The stress relief is very pronounced . Especially around the neck and upper shoulder muscles .

Teeth-grinding should cease .

But why ?
I did not expect this . But the effect is so pronounced that I cannot ignore it .
The neck and shoulder muscles do not relax through an effort of will or exercise . They just relax . (Sort of melt) .

Maybe a double bite-bite on empty air signals the end of an aggressive episode , and for expensive fight-or-flight mechanisms to stand down .

This would make this fairly deep-wired , certainly deeper than psychological stress .

Phene effects .
The stand-down is an immediate stand-down , regardless of the number previous stress-generating events . This must be true , since this is the epigenetic programming system . There is no other memory system .

Phene programming of immune-systems , bone-growth , digestion , neural growth etc ,are immediately affected . Genes are switched from crisis to maintenance . Using the carbohydrate-energy mechanism is a short-term crisis mechanism .

Standing down the mechanism should ameliorate conditions like Diabetes II .

Or getting fat .

Want to get thin ?
The algorithm :
Double-teeth click , followed by a double tongue-click with the mouth open . The process then repeats , varying the teeth , tongue and mouth open/closed .
Repeat at least ten times a month .
That’s it .

Can it be this simple?
Yes .

Why has nobody thought of it before ?
As far as I am aware , nobody in our recorded history has thought that the click of teeth together can have physiological effects . Prehistoric societies were probably aware of the effect .

Yet it does , as you can find out for yourself .
The same for the simplicity . Simple causes has wide effects , because they are so basic . You must look at the whole argument .

In any case , there is hardly any risk .

Discussion :

Weight loss .
If you are overweight , rapid weight-loss will ensue , together with diarrhea . The GLP-1 system activates and excretes surplus energy stores . Monitoring is advisable , especially electrolytes . See below .

Overview :
The efficient Insulin-Glucagon system to control blood-glucose levels is finicky , as it is tied to the so many feedback-loops . Especially the nervous system .

Glucagon seems to be the major diabetes-culprit .
Stress , and repeated peaks of stress, causes glucagons to signal fight-or-flight signals to the system to have lots of energy glucose around .
The insulin system tries to keep up , but repeated peaks of stress leads to continual high insulin levels . The system learns insulin resistance just to be able to keep functioning .

The old GLP-1 system remains as default backup (Plan B)

Mice whose insulin and glucagon mechanisms have been knocked out , do NOT get diabetes(ie hyperglycemia)

1.Why not ?
Glucagon-like peptide-1(GLP-1) is manufactured in the gut . This seems to take over the regulatory functions of the glucose levels .
But the level of control is crude and a lot of energy goes to waste (see para 2 below)
The Insulin-Glucagon system is much more efficient .

2.Where does the surplus glucose go ?
Still under study .
But probably put into the body's general storage (lipid capsules) and excreted .

Three items to consider here :

2.1 Atkins high-fat , high protein diet does control diabetes II

2.2 Intralipid should have a major effect .

2.3 The operation that connects the stomach to the duodenum also stabilizes blood-sugar levels even in diabetic patients . Mechanism unknown , but suggestive of a trigger-signal that the more sophisticated Insulin-Glucagon system has failed and to go to Plan B . Note that the introduction of stomach acids into the duodenum would probably stimulate increased GLP-1 secretion (See Appendix A below)

3.Diabetes II (Insulin resistance)
Experiments with leptin (which suppresses glucagon) is underway
I would suggest combining this with Intralipid and/or a high-fat diet .

Unlearning :
Once insulin resistance as been learned , it is not so easy to unlearn .
Aspects of the amygdala and blood-circulation are involved .
General stress has to be unlearned .

See previous posts .

A useful general aid is Chocolate .
Specifically , 5-10 gm of cacao mass per day .
This reduces venous stress by associating endorphin production (theobromine) with erasure of the previous memory of stress in the vein musculature .
Something like propranolol in the cacao mass combined with an endorphin promoter .

So , taking a beta-blocker along with the chocolate will help .
Not just for diabetes , but general stress and Bad Memories (PTSD)

The point is to break the feedback loops without breaking the organism .

Warning :
Taking a beta-blocker together with chocolate should be monitored , especially initially . Hypoglycemia might occur . Especially if insulin or insulin promoters or alcohol is simultaneously being used .

Critical period :
Note the quick breakdown of GLP-1 (2 minutes) . This is the critical period . Notice the correlation with Long-Term-Potentiation .
The beta-blocker has to be taken simultaneously with the chocolate .
Grind the beta-blocker pill up and sprinkle it over the chocolate .

Weight loss .
If overweight , rapid weight-loss will ensue , together with diarrhea . The GLP-1 system activates and excretes surplus energy stores . Monitoring is advisable , especially electrolytes .

A Complete Cure for Diabetes
This is now at least in sight .
In the meantime , you can at least get thinner and de-stressed .

Glucagon-like peptide-1(GLP-1) is derived from the transcription product of the proglucagon gene. The major source of GLP-1 in the body is the intestinal L cell that secretes GLP-1 as a gut hormone. The biologically active forms of GLP-1 are: GLP-1-(7-37) and GLP-1-(7-36)NH2. Those peptides result from selective cleavage of the proglucagon molecule.
GLP-1 secretion by ileal L cells is dependent on the presence of nutrients in the lumen of the small intestine. The secretagogues (agents that cause or stimulate secretion) of this hormone include major nutrients like carbohydrate,protein and lipid. Once in the circulation, GLP-1 has a half life of less than 2 minutes, due to rapid degradation by the enzyme dipeptidyl peptidase-4. It is a potent antihyperglycemic hormone, inducing glucose-dependent stimulation of insulin secretion while suppressing glucagon secretion. Discussion :
Amarulax forms in the amarula fruit just before ripening , then degrades afterwards as temperature rises due to fermentation .

It is a potent neurotoxin , that locks onto the same receptor sites as alcohol .
Both on neurons and mitochondria .

But it degrades very quickly with higher temperatures , like body or fermentation .

Why ?
Evolutionary reasons :
Plants manipulate mammalian neural systems to promote their propagation . Semi-successful systems are opium (poppy) , caffeine (coffee ,tea) , chocolate(cacao) , cocaine(coco) , etc .

All of these have undesirable effects both from the plant's and the animal's viewpoint .
But the original , evolutionary smoothed chemical evolved in Africa .

Amurulax .
An endorphin promoter , that degrades rapidly with temperature .High endorphins masques as drunkenness . (Exaggerated feedback loops) . The memory remains , and animals want to repeat it . Ideal for plant propagation , but for animal survival as well.

Why release this information ?
Amarulax can be refined and molecularly tweaked to give an extremely addictive drug . But we already have many of those .
Amarulax can be equally used as a breaker of addictions .

Synopsis :
Underwater ruins on the Bromley Plateau at 35 Degrees west , 33.2 degrees south show a rectangular structure , with straight-line structures between it and the harbour .
From Google Ocean , from underwater surveys .

Discussion :
When the Bromley Plateau was above water , the inlet formed a very good natural harbour .
Presumably , this was colonized on the outpost model . As the sea-level rose , dikes were built (they are clearly visible on Google )

From the Atlantis legends , the final cataclysm was sudden ( a 9+ earthquake with tsunamis) . There should be lots of gold around ,

Why ?
The main reason for having an outpost there would have been for sailing ships trading with Africa . It is on the trade-wind route .
They traded manufactured items with the Zimbabwe cultures , who were Gold miners

The Bromley Plateau rectangular ruin should then be rich in historical gold objects , as they were overwhelmed without an opportunity to ship them out .

I strongly suggest that archaeological institutions get in before the treasure hunters .

So where is the origin culture ?
Atlantis in our terms .
Even if it was a island , it would have to have a continental hinterland .
The best bet seems to be two submerged islands at 76 S , 46 W , off the coast of present French Guiana .
The Amazonian cultures then would be older and more sophisticated than we presumed .

If the tectonic epicenter that did them in was near the mouth of the Amazon
(see "Earthquakes ,and Volcanoes" Oct 2009)
very little will be left of the origin culture .
Tsunami's up the rivers (think 30-100 meters high) would have wiped out the riverine cultures .

Tsunami's from such an event would have seiched through the Med . The long-wave raising of the Med sea-level would have broken through the boundary between the Med and the Black Sea . The flooding of the Black Sea would then be a fair indicator of the timeline .
Also , massive tsunami's around the Med coasts , British coasts . Old river mouths like the Nile and Rhone would have been very badly hit , as the ground liquefied .

The affected civilizations never recovered .

Isn't stability wonderful ?
