Synopsis :
Another time traveller. The Umbrella man . Something serious
must have gone wrong in an ontological sense.
Discussion
Why an umbrella ? It is what tourist guides do .
Look to 7 clock and 9 clock on the top photo .You will see the
Babushka lady , her minder and the tour guide frantically signalling with his
umbrella where he is .

But they have an idiot for a client . Or very smart . The time-skeins
are atwisted
