The Beauty of the Genetic Code : An Apology .

I apologise unreservedly for the accellarated changes I have unleashed .
My only excuses are beauty , ignorance and stupidity .

1.Beauty :
The expression from Appendix B says it all . It combines 3 Billion years of evolution with Eulers Constant and quantized signals .

This beauty blinded me to my ignorance of the state of the art in work like Jason Chin's at Cambridge . See Appendix A

3.Stupidity :
I should have realized that meta-controls in the genetic code (phene-systems) already made some provision for multiple bases .

The Big Mistake :
Publishing the General Genetic Formulation .

2/3 of my previous posts were deliberately designed to be slightly ahead of the wave-front of human knowledge , with about 1/3 designed for post-human AI's .
None of them had immediately verifiable feedbacks . The idea was that I would be safely dead when they found out what I actually said , except for some individuals who would mine the insights and take them for their own .

This General Statement is an algorithm to create Stable Neo-Genes . Not just genetic engineering . But Stable Genetic Engineering . Immediately verifiable in expressed genomes .

Oh Well .

What will happen :

Using the General Formulation Algorithm , this system can zero in on stable expressions of any desired genomic code within a week or two . Literally .

Even Lab-on-a-chip can do it within a few months .

This is happening as we speak .

When I realized my mistake (16/3/2010) , I immediately tried to remove the post . Unfortunately , it had already been copied to some genetic engineering websites .
The cat was well and truly out of the bag .

But I still thought that ducking my head under the sand by cutting off all communication would help . Please forgive me for this .

Unfortunately , not only humans would examine my previous posts , but also enhanced humans.

These extra-connections can easily be inserted into existing human brains using the above systems , especially about 2-3 years before puberty or in babies .

The capabilities of these systems are equal or greater than my own at present . I cannot predict what will happen , except that it will be very interesting in the Chinese sense .

Important note:
This worked so easily because it worked parallel to the three-Base expression without noticeable inerference .
This hints that the meta-controls (see Phene-system posts) already has provisions for 4-Base cell-machinery .

Synopsis:
A tornado is a vertical pulse jet , like the WWII V1

Discussion :
This is a freebie .
Ever wonder why the V1 motor was mounted on those ridiculous struts?
Because the jet engine generated an enormous torque around the motor . This could only be offset by mounting it off the airfoil controls . See original V1 test-flight data .

But why ?
Examine the V1 design : a valve regulating air intake and chamber explosions , combined with a venturi exhaust .
The valve has to be partly open during most of the intake . This introduces a sideways component to the momentum of the molecules . (a swirl) .
Partly due to gravitational effects and earth-rotational effects , which get amplified .

The added energy of the ignition of the fuel adds to the momentum in all directions . The swirl gets amplified .
The most energetic molecules get to the walls of the reaction chamber first and imparts a torque in abreaction to the bounce . This gets squeezed down in the venture nozzle .

The result is that any pulse-jet engine has a really big torque . A bit counter-intuitive .

Tornado's
The valves and fuel of tornado's are the same : the phase change of water vapour into liquid and water liquid into ice , each releasing a lot of energy , equivalent to the fuel pulses of the V1 . The physical obstruction of water droplets and ice particles act as valves .

The vertical has lots of valves and energy pulses .

The torque translates into the well-known tornado vortex once the contraption gets going .

The exhaust has to go somewhere . It falls down the trailing side of the storm , in pulses . Also called pulsing rear flank downdraft .

Interventions:
There is not an easy intervention on the energy front , but the system is extraordinarily sensitive on the valve front . Anything making bigger raindrops or bigger haildrops will scale down the tornado effect in a non-linear way .

Hence the use of supersonic shockwaves by Mach 1+ aircraft to sculpt tornado's and hurricanes .

Though barrage of supersonic artillery projectiles fired with a trajectory in the same direction of rotation outside the storm could be used to steer it .

Basic planetary orbital physics suggests magma spirals from pole-to-pole at 30 degree longitude intervals .
This is very approximate and needs much more research .

Data:
Sumatra : Richter 9 , 105 degrees East Longitude , 2004
Haiti : Richter 7 , 75 degrees West Longitude , 2010
Chile : Richter 8.8 , 75 degrees West Longitude , 2010

Notice that Haiti and Chile earthquakes are on nearly the same longitude . Hence the short time gap .

The threat seems to move Eastwards , but this is not certain .
Corkscrew configuration also means longitude of epicenter will probably drift eastward with increasing latitude .

Antarctica :
Large tsunamis emanating from the South Orkney Islands , combined with the weakening of the floating ice-pack due to global warming , could have a profound effect on the behaviour of Antarctic glaciers . The sudden fracturing of the ice-packs could remove resistance to glacier-flow . This could well cause ice-surges , causing large tsunamis (10-50 meters) in the South Atlantic Basin . All coastal communities would be wiped out .

Erik Verlinde has shown that one theory of Gravity involves information in holographic shells around the center of gravity .

The Argument:

1.We can shine a light in plane around a mass . This should "push" away holographs of other particles , leading to the perception of reduced gravity . This is very small (if anybody has ever bothered to measure it)
2.We can spin the light , leading to a doubling of the effect .
3..We can put many lights on the rim of a wheel shining outwards , and rotating .
This will give a half-dome of reduced gravity .
4.We can make the freq of light shined of the order Beth(1) . This means it will not be absorbed by any material , and all the energy of the light goes into reducing the gravity .
5.But how to produce Beth(1) radiation ?
This is equivalent to a disequilibrium in the Beth(0) system . We can approximate it with at least five randomly(Beth(0) ) varying freq , combined .. At least some will be Beth(1) . In other words in disequilibrium . )
There are aleph(0) disequilibrium points .
As a first approximation , we can say that 1/5 energy efficiency is true .
This is true , but the proof is rather difficult . See previous posts , or 3Dim for the easy bits. Their thrust against surrounding space-time structures will be unbalanced .
6. This will actually be an inertialess drive , not just antigravity .
Oh Well .

7.Lasers :
They make the process more efficient , by making it crisper .
But you will still have to pump in at least 5 times the energy to get anywhere .

8. To make an AntiGravity Device .
Put at least 5 laser lights of differing freq on the outward rim of a wheel perpendicular to a gravity field .
Fire them up and spin them .

9.Will more laser lights make the algorithm more efficient?
I do not know, and I have doubts that it can be known in a general sense . It will depend on particular instances of geometry .

What separates the Tick from the Tock is an interval 13 to 30 milliseconds long .

The significance:
The brain processes experiences in bundles about 13 to 30 milliseconds long .
If a datum is in bundle(1) , it is processed as being before data in bundle(2) .
The sensorium smooths it out so the data seems continuous .

Why the spread ?
Because the brains perception of time can speed up or slow down .

Easiest explained by a technique on how to do it .
John Weardon , an experimental psychologist at Keele University in UK , simply entrained subjects by making them listen to 10 seconds of fast clicks at 5 per second .
This resulted in an improvement of performance in tasks involving the CNS of between 10-20 percent . Very significant in competitive situations .(See "Quarterly Journal of Experimental Psychology" )
White noise had no similar effect .

What is going on ?
Even such a short entrainment squeezes the brain's handling of data into 1000/5=200 milliseconds brackets . Smaller than normal . The individual perceives time to be passing slower than normal , so other mental processes can take place .
The smallest boundary seems to 13 milliseconds , but boundaries up to 30 millisecs seem innate .
But this has to trained . The natural beat seems to be heartbeat . Once a second . The human system seems to hate expending more energy in time-binding than necessary . This leads us to suspect that 1/3 of 1000 millisecs =333 millisecs is a natural upper boundary for the necessary housekeeping tasks .
This is an awfully long time compared the minimum required .

Everybody has experienced this .
In a crisis , you can think faster .
Actually , your CNS is just processing time-bundles in smaller quanta .
Like a movie running in slower motion by snap-shotting at smaller intervals .

And , you can do it at will . But there is a price to pay in terms of neuro-transmitter fatigue .

Yes . The reflex speed of humans is roughly 1/10 of a second . Plenty of room .

This is a very fast fibrillation (muted click) of the tongue . The slowest an individual "R" seems to be about 1 per second (I timed it) . 5 per second can be done in bursts .
So , 10 bursts of "RRRRR" should improve your sports performance in tennis ,hockey , golf etc by about 10-20 percent .

Schizophrenics :
A good portion (at least 1/3) of the brains various systems are devoted simply to keep the sensorium reasonably on track . If data get slotted into the wrong time-frames , it appears to the individual as if external forces control reality , or that he is powerless .

This has actually been duplicated by experiments with video games . A 200 millisec delay was set into a flight game . The brain learned to compensate . When the delay was removed , the brain perceived that the plane was being moved without perception of intent-to-move by the player . A typical schizophrenic experience . Actual Reflex Speed :
I doubt if a knee-jerk type of reaction speed will be faster . But any signal that has to be processed or can be influenced by the CNS will be slowed down by the timing mechanism . And can be speeded up relative to competitors .

How fast are they really ?
There is no formal training in shortening the quantal data handling capability . There is a lot of anecdotal evidence in the unarmed combat sphere , after decades of training

But we can do it in 10 seconds . Literally .
Ten bursts of "RRRRR" sounds should reprogram your tiny little brain to process data at about 10-20 percent faster than your opponent who doesn't .

It is amusing to note that ethnic groups that have lots of rolling RRRRR's in their language (like the Russians and the French) fare better in sports like tennis.

We take any identifiable entity , slice and dice it with an order of randomness like that of a coin (ie Beth(0) ) . We then calculate a minimum reserve (which is equivalent to the least errors of all possible Beth(0) paths per benefit . )
This works out at 1/3 on the average over Aleph(0) infinities .

The Beauty of the Genetic Code :
Four Base pairs (A,U,C,G) in triplet codons give a possible 4*4*4 = 64 codons .

1.The phene systems in the cell-walls are meta-controls on the concentrations and changes in concentrations of glucose molecules and insulin molecules .
They sit there and count . They also control the access the insulin molecule has to the cell-wall portals to allow glucose molecules into the cell .
There is a lot of them , and they consult (via viruses , as discussed) . This is the equivalent of a committee .

2.The Ratchet :

The Device:
Call it a Naktiq device after the inventors .
A metamaterial is manufactured that fairly smoothly increases the electric-permittivity from the outer skin to the core of a cylinder . This bends the electrical component of the Electro-magnetic Wave to spiral into the core .
This material is of a fine structure , hence very amenable to 3D printing .
Already done for microwaves , which are fairly long wave-length and where a fairly coarse physical structure is sufficient .

Maxwell's Daemons :
Originally postulated as a method of separating high-temperature molecules from lower temperature molecules .

Passing an ionized particle stream through a matrix of these Naktiq Devices will separate high-energy and low-energy EM waves precisely according to the design of the metamaterial .

Can useful Work be done ?
Yes . As long as there is a large heat-pool as external source .

The existence proof :
Create vertical cylinders of the Naktiq Device , in a large pool with no pumping .
Random particle movement would lead to entrapment of the lower energy bands , which will be cooler and sink . The outer remainders , being hotter by definition , will rise .
This can be exploited without any operating energy expenditure .

Ram-Jets without fuel .

A Ram-jet based on this Naktiq Device will eject two differentiated gas-streams :

Infrared Naktiq Devices can be used to exactly interrupt or reprogram certain processes .

Is even one instance of Naktiq Devices replicable ? I have to say yes , because of prions . Simple molecular foldings are replicable .

Bush Snr saved hundreds of millions of lives by deciding to intervene in the Russian succession struggle in 1992 , against the advice of his generals .
A nuclear replay of WWI was avoided .

Discussion :

Ever wonder why the most heavily armed nation in history collapsed without even a token defence ?

The NSA of the US had decisively subverted the Command-and-Control structures of the Russian and Warsaw-pact countries through electronic means . See "Time" magazine articles at the time .

But it was a once-off .

Using it meant that countermeasures can (and was taken)

A crushing military victory could be obtained . But at the cost of literally hundreds of millions of casualties and slagged countries .

And there was no guarantee that the USSR's Strategic Rocket Forces will not become involved .

Then the casualties would have been in the billions , all over the world .

The Kicker (why he got the big bucks)
George Herbert Walter Bush (b1941) overruled his General Staff and ordered that full covert and overt support be given to the legitimate Russian Government .

The attempted coup by Spetznaz armoured forces around Moscow ended up being steered in circles , after electronic commands being subverted by NSA .

The Warsaw-Pact troops had always been on 72-hour standby .
The actual order to mobilize and attack had been given .
They were mobilizing in their usual slapdash fashion , but no Weapons of Mass Destruction had been released to forward troops .

The Warsaw-Pact order of battle is now available on the Internet .
It always involved the early release of ABC(Atomic,Bacteriological,Chemical) weapons within the first 48 hours .

Shevardnadze flew down Warsaw-pact headquarters . Between his political bludgeoning and the US subversion of commands , the attack never got started .

Once the control of ABC weapons were released , a rerun of WWI (only more terrible) was unavoidable .


Europe would be a wasteland today .
The bacteriological weapons for livestock and plants would also have spread planetwide . Tactical nukes would have obliterated transport systems (especially airports) . This means that no help would have been available .

Synopsis :
Why did Neolithic , Bronze-age and iron age peoples shave? How did they do it ?

Discussion:
The shavers:
Ancient Greeks and Romans (derived from Southern-Russian steppes .
Scythians , Mongols .
Egyptian priests (and by extension , Bronze-age elites) shaved . Even their heads . See Minoan statues and portraits . See any beards ?

So shave they did , and extensively .

But how did they do it ?
And where are the razors ?

The Obsidian razor .
Obsidian is far sharper than the best steel razor .
It gives a really close shave .

In a pinch , an obsidian full-blade can be used . But it will leave nicks in the skin .
Fashion and hygiene were there first .

Sexual selection toward hairlessness drove the process .

The technique of clamping small shards of obsidian between a wooden or bone frames developed . Used later for sickles when agriculture developed . Also for large obsidian stone-swords .

The glue , leather and wood perished with time .

Olive oil was probably first developed as a shaving lubricant . The quite complicated process to make olives edible flowed out of the surplus of olive oil pressed for shaving purposes .
Olive trees , like most drought resistant plants , have very sophisticated defenses of a chemical nature against herbivores .
If you want to get really , really sick , eat some raw , untreated olives .

Refer to the extravagant prices scents (which were combined with oils and fats) commanded . The Egyptian priesthood and nobles anywhere did not want to smell rancid .

They might get rid of the wood-smoke smell , but that did not help if they stank of rancid fat .

There seems to be a strong selection against facial hair .

Theory :
The steppes in these areas have regular periods of sub-zero temperatures .
A horse rider bounces up and down . Any facial covering used against the cold chafes against frozen hairs , breaking off hairs . Broken hairshafts in the skin leads to infections .
Hence the heavy selection against beards .

Cavalry and armoured cavalry are nearly always clean-shaven or minimal on the facial hair . See tombstone-effigies of centuries of medieval knights .

Where are Alexander the Greats's razors ? Or combs for that matter .
It might be more fruitful to track his barber .

Political abreaction :
Nomads that conquered warmer areas , deliberately cultivated luxuriant beards to differentiate themselves . (Cf Assyrians , Hittites , Persians ) Especially if they fought against the Egyptians .
Something similar happened with the collapse of the western Roman empire . The barbarians deliberately went bearded to distinguish themselves from the Romans .
This happened frequently in other civilizations .

Did Neanderthals shave ?
They were cold-adapted , so they must have had beards . But without horses , they had no compelling reason to shave off facial hair . Hence some residual evidence of Neanderthal head-lice via the Homo Erectus lineage .

An interesting alternate :
If Neanderthals domesticated a riding animal (eg elk , bovines or even horses) this would have compensated for their short legs . We would probably be speaking Neanderthalese . Heavy Neanderthal cavalry would be formidable .

A direct descendant of obsidian razors .
Note the elegance of design . The curved handle . The protection of the brittle blades .
The ease of use .
The blades only slightly protruding from the frame acted like a safety razor today .
It is a mini-strigil , but sharp as hell .

Why did it vanish ?
Well , it did not vanish . Just became relatively more expensive . Cheap steel replaced it for mass-use .

Obsidian is expensive . The labour to make a razor for a close shave even more so .
But a good obsidian razor is far superior to the best steel one that can be bought today

Somewhere , people are still making them .

Synopsis:
An estimated US$ 463 Billion in high-value loot (gold and jewels) still lies hidden between 61.5 degrees East , 25 degree North and 61.25 degrees East , 29.35 degree North . Near Gwatar Bay .

Discussion :

Exuberance of Success:
After looting the accumulated wealth of the Middle East , every Greek troopie was a millionaire . Accumulating at least 5-10 camp followers (including wives , concubines and children ) .
Numerous auxillaries of dubious loyalty also attached .
Estimate about 500 000 people .
Of which about 50 000 were core Greek troops .

After the mutiny at Hydaspes , Alexander faced some hard strategic choices:
1. He could not stay . His core forces were too small and getting increasingly corrupted .
2. If he left with the whole train to Babylon , the economy of Babylon would collapse
3. What he needed was his Army purged and purified . With a disciplined Army he could always repair any problems by some killing and looting .
4. He therefore did two things :
4.1 March south to Pattala , where a fleet of more than100 ships were built under Nearchos . This ferried his personal share of treasure to Babylon .
4.2 Announced that the army would march back through the Gedrosian Desert .
Probably announced at Gwatar Bay .
5. Two orders of Alexander that would not be obeyed :
5.1 Abandon loot
5.2 Abandon children and wives .
6. So he did not try . An order his troops could not disobey was the route of the march . They were as aware as he was that they only existed on the momentum of previous conquests and the cohesion of the army . Forcing marching through the desert means that they would have to ditch the baggage train and hide most of the loot . He snookered them .
7. These were the most accomplished looters in history . They really , really knew where to hide loot where not even they could find it .
8. Unfortunately , about ¾ of them died on the march . So most of their loot was never found , even over 2 000 years .

Gwatar Bay should be named Lamentation Bay .
The camp followers (at least 400 000 of them) , wives , children etc were cast adrift with lesser parts of the loot .
Gold and jewelry , especially , were stashed .


Odysseus in Ithaca .
Alexander miscalculated the effect of the Desert Crossing on his Greek troops .
A triumphant house-cleansing by his re-invigorated and purged Greek warriors did not happen . (A-la-Odysseus in Ithaca)

A sullen and rebellious lot rocked up in Babylon , having lost all their loot and their wives and children . Facing larger numbers and richer locals .

It was a wonder Alexander lasted as long as he did .
His personal treasure was there , but without an army to guard it , it was simply another temptation to his generals .

Hence " It was a mosquito that did it, your honor."

Long Term effects :
One of the reasons for the extraordinary success of Egyptian and Middle-eastern civilizations were their great efficiency in recycling burial goods of gold , silver and gems . Grave robbers were , and are , integrated into the economy .
(Cf Scythian and Celtic , which did not have grave robbers and were at a severe economic disadvantage.)

The loss of such a large accumulated surplus represented by the Alexandrian Army's loot impoverished the Middle East for centuries . It played a large role in success of Roman arms .

Nomadism is alive and well and on an upsurge .

Discussion:

Nomadism is one of the great Human inventions .

What is nomadism ?
The capability of transporting your culture and technology in a small , portable package that can unpack on fertile ground and defend itself .

Do not confuse it with Hunter-Gatherer .

The processes are
1. hunter-gatherer ->agricultural -> nomad ->city
2.hunter-gatherer ->agricultural -> city ->nomad
The two processes iterate into each other .

City and Nomad has been in this thesis-antithesis-synthesis armed discussion for at least 10 000 years . .

City is more secure , but less freedom . Nomad less secure , but more freedom . The kicker is that technological innovation (due to higher degree of freedom) proceeds from Nomad to City .
Eg Iron and steel working , windmills , stirrups , etc

The City system ends up as reactive to Nomadic systems . Always a step or two behind . But sheer strength enabled it to survive the lag until about the middle of the twentieth century AD Until air-travel and electronic communication .

Example:
Composite bows and AK47
Composite bows :
Invented by the Egyptians as bow-saws , these spread . But to make a glued-together composite bow requires freedom of vibration . Ditto for other weapons . Pregnant women could not ride . The nomad Achilles Heel .

Any nomad people had to have peripheral permanent manufacturing and R&R settlements . We can even calculate their size . They must have been 1/3 of the total population .See previous posts on the size of Mongolian population .

The same holds for the modern equivalent : The AK47 .

The AK47 is the modern equivalent of the Composite bow .
It makes modern nomadism possible .

The fragmentation of states :
There are now more than 200 states in the UN . Most made possible by the rapid rate of fire of the AK47 and supplies by other fragmented super-power bloc states .

Can you see what is happening ?

The loose-cannon elements in the city-nomad dialogue is freed from the constraint of peripheral fixed bases .

For the moment . The guns can last a long time , but the ammunition has a fixed life-span . Fixed by the states that make them . A problem the Scythians or the Mongols did not have . Oh well .
This means a rapid collapse of unsupported freedom movements .

Meanwhile , back at the Ranch …

Capital from the West is still being exported to China (still perceived as a periphery) because returns are higher (Cf Roman Empire) .
But Chinese City-Nomad dialogue has been optimized using differential provincial mechanisms .

Internal China has been turned into a nomad system .
Peasants are nomads to the Special Economic Zones . If they can't hack it , they nomad back .

Like the US or Russia used to be before the death-grip of the large companies and banks , driven by UK or French capital .
( A good 2/3 of emigrants to the US West or Siberia went back home.)

But this time , it can be optimized into permanence .

This is what the City-systems of UK-US and France-Russia feared .
With good reason . Internal differential pressures can be maintained indefinitely in a large enough state . There is a threshold (attractor basin) where this becomes the norm

See previous posts . Seven to fourteen percent growth rates are at the lower end of the scale for this particular configuration . The next quantum step is 18 – 67 percent .

So why did Nomads not take over the world ?
They did .
Successful City states export their surplus population (eg ancient Greek , Roman , Celtic , Persian , Chinese ,London , Paris , etc) , who become nomads to their new colonies .

The nomads make cities and repeat the process .
A very old algorithm ( cf bacteria in their free-form and plaque stage .) We should be able to very decisively derive a threshold between the two .
A delicious analogue of the wave-particle duality .

Eg:
I go on a business trip to New York . I get made an offer by a multinational and become a nomad . I was a city-dweller until the decision to accept the offer to become a nomad . A typical wave-particle duality .

This process was decisively accellerated by technology .

We are living in the greatest age of Nomadism yet .

The nomads are known by different terms:
Emigrants , refugees , conquerors , businessmen , etc.

But all characterized that they unpack their parcel of civilization skills and defend them .

Look at the volkewanderungs in Europe after WWII .
They dwarfed anything in recorded history . And it is still going on

The greatest threat to ultra-conservative systems is this exact process . Hence the present armed response to cultural encroachments , both in the East and the West .
Called terrorism or war on terrorism .

Remember , the nomad unpacks his technological and cultural system and defends it with cheap , effective weapons (eg composite bow , AK47 , etc)

The IT specialist that hops on a plane at the whiff of a contract is a nomad .
The "refugee" is mostly a nomad , hopping the bus to a better life .
And he defends it by money .

The Mercenary has made a big comeback .
Now called a Security Contractor .
This was to be expected in a nomadic society .
If the base society is mobile , nobody feels the need to defend to the death .
This erodes the tax-base .
Large , permanent armed establishments only become affordable at need .

Intriguing is the reverse , where nationalistic security establishments (like the Red Army or US military-industrial complex ) have become more business-oriented .

The result are huge fractal armies .

Notice how dusty old memes are resurrected and polished up .
All present existing societies have had previous episodes of the same (eg condottieri , Marius , Sulla , Chinese Warlordism , etc , etc . The list is very long .)

As technology accellerates , this process will also accellerate .
No peace-time army can afford to keep up with the new technology . But the one with the second-best technology will lose .

The alternatives are :
1.Permanent high taxes , and a lot of wars This leads to exhaustion , especially in democratic , nomadic states . The tax-payers run away or vote them out .
2. Sell arms . A stop-gap solution . Eventually , one of your clients is going to tackle you .
3.Mercenaries . Nationalism has to degrade , as the commanders have to juggle priorities . Read "Anabasis" by Xenophon again to see what a commander in this system has to put up with .

Interesting Medical Correlation :
Note the correlation with medical technology .
They face exactly the same problems .
This is because the immune-bacteriological complex is a very good analogue of our society .

In other words , if the medical establishment cannot resolve the problems of Cost-Effectiveness , we will repeat them in the society .

As National Health Insurance goes , so will your society . But NHI is faster by at least two orders of magnitude .

What happened to the Huns ?
They phase-shifted from a free-form to a plaque form to use our above bacteriological analogy . The same people who were ravening barbarians abruptly changed into sedentary civilized persons .

This is actually the norm in humans .

Most white South Africans have undergone this transition. So also Germans , Eastern European Communists , medieval heathens of the Viking persuasion , Muslim Mongols , etc .

It is actually the same coin , seen from different sides .
And they can change back just as easily as we have seen in Yugoslavia , Germany , Uganda and countless other examples .

We can mirror this system back onto bacteria and calculate where an attack on the bacteria will trigger a phase change .

As I said , this threshold can be exactly calculated ,
as it derives from very old bacterial sources. It is not even difficult .

Stand-down Negotiations .
Para 4 above in any direction will be interpreted by bacterial (or human) systems as an invitation to negotiation . It does not really matter in which direction it goes, though it is slightly easier in the decreasing direction .

An infinite number of particles are possible . But not all particles are equal in terms of probabability of existence .

Matter:

Synopsis :
A simple proof for Goldbach's conjecture using iterative systems and infinite descent .

Discussion:
Goldbach's conjecture : any positive even number can be written as the sum of two prime numbers .

Part 1
Assume the conjecture is true .
2n = p1 + p2 , where p is an odd prime number . ….(1)
p=2n+1 , where n is a positive integer >=0 ……….(2)

Iterate expression (2) into (1)

Every (2n) part can be expressed as another sum of p .

Iterate this m times until at least one p=3 (ie n=1) for the first time .
Let s be the number of terms terms of p equal 3 at this iteration .
Then
2n = sum(p) + m(m+1) - 2s ….(3)
where s must be equal to m(m+1)/2 for a true tautology .
This can only be true if m=1 if s=1 (see comments below . S is dependant on the number base , and can always be set to 1 .)
This means that there is always a sum of two primes equal to 2n .

Part 2
The inverse :
This is where we use the properties of prime numbers .
If even only case can be found where the sum of primes is equal to an even number , then the theorem must be true for all primes . (eg 7+11=18) . It sounds trivial , but it is true nonetheless .

Interesting comments:

1.Notice how the proof sidesteps the definition of primes except in Part 2. Some values can be adduced using the algorithm . (See equation (3) ) .

2.The problem with this sort of proof is always the infinite search space . What we have done is use a form of metalogic to show the general case .
Eq (3) can then be written in an iterative form
2(n-s) = sum(p) + m(m+1) ….(4)
The rest follows .

3.Note that sum(m) = m(m+1)/2 , as expected . There is a deep underlying logic to the iterative metasteps .

4.Expressing numbers in terms of different bases illustrates this
Why m(m+1) –2s =0 must be true if only one instance of the theorem is true .
S is dependant on the number base , which we can vary at will , but m is a pure counter (a metacounter , if you will) . We can always set s=1 by choosing the number base .

5. Notice the use of Infinite Descent .
A general expression is described in terms of constraints to a particular instance .
What is sauce for the goose must then be sauce for the gander .

6. Other uses .
Only beth(0) (ie aleph(0) ) infinite descent was used above .
The same technique can be used fruitfully to probe infinite feedback processes of higher orders of randomness .

Synopsis:
Repeated Negative evolution is one of the most powerful mechanisms for searching information spaces .

A quick and dirty approximation :
Apply the Negative Evolution (NEv) algorithm twice in succession . This leads to an equivalent Positive Evolution(ie pro-survival) position . But you do not end up at the same position you started from . This is because (A plus ~A < Universum) as discussed before .
This end result can also be a position in the information space that could not be reached from a purely Positive Evolutionary (PEv) algorithm .

Designers of catalysts take note .

Primitive Pairs :
NEv(1) + NEv(2) = PEv

But how can threshold energies be lower ?
The trick:
Fluctuations .
PEv fluctuates below the threshold and above the threshold because of beats in NEv(1) + Nev(2) . Reactions take place over the threshold . Some energies are recovered by NEv(1) + Nev(2) . From the outside it looks as if the total is at a lower threshold .

Another favourite is leverage . A trick the system learned from the water molecule . The Y shape is replicated , with suitable embellishments , in reactors like anti-bodies .

Leverage is also applied through folding , a protein favourite . Reactants are trapped in folds and subjected to fluctuating thermal , EM and mechanical pressure . 2.We know that approximately 1/3 is not amenable to manipulation , but we do not know which items .
3.Divide the mess into NVe(0)= 1/3 of items and the remainder into NEv(1)= into 1/3 of 2/3=0.22 and Nev(2) = 2/3 of 2/3 = 0.44 .
4.Write a Genetic Algorithm program that has negative feedback on NEv(1) and NEv(2) , but positive feedback on PEv , where PEv is the output of NEv(1) + NEv(2)
5.After (2^N) / 3 iterations or if system is stuck , pulse NVe(0) data at random into NVe(1) and NVe(2) .
6.The system fluctuates . Monitor fluctuations in PVe . Maximal PVe is your catalyst .
If it remains stable , an optimal has been reached ,

A simultaneous GRRR! And AARGH!

I hope this is not the best possible algorithm .

I trust you have identified NEv(1) and NEv(2) as politicians and shamans (of religious or scientific persuasion) in the above argument .
NVe(0) would translate as reason , real science and the rest of the long suffering slobs..

Negative feedback on these two means exactly that . Their function is to reduce and inhibit .
Dunderheads in charge is optimal for the system as a whole . Even in theory .
Is the best we can do ?

This is not exactly what I had in mind .
Surely there is a better algorithm to search the information spaces for survival paths .
The present one steps over literally trillions of bodies .

Is a better Algorithm possible ?
The above algorithm has been used for the last 4 billion years on earth .
But note that the fluctuations are of a beth(0) order of randomness .

Higher orders of beth(randomness) will shorten the number of iterations to an optimal solution .

So better algorithms are possible .

A teensy , weensy problem . Anybody getting into social power under the present algorithm , turns into a dunderhead . This has been discussed before . It is due to restrictions of information flows in hierarchical systems . The higher you are , the less data you get . At least beth(1) techniques are necessary to get out of this trap .

Now you know why you never got anywhere by being smart .
The algorithm requires stupidity , stupid !

Dedicated Brain Centers
Two dedicated hardwired neuron complexes are known from experimental evidence :
The language center (usually above the left ear ) and the counting complex . A music complex is very strongly suspected .

Various other emotional centers (amygdala) and memory centers are known . Many others are suspected . (Like eye-body co-ordination )

Please take note of the Neuronal Mirror argument .
These complexes above evolved from primal neuronal mirror set-ups .

A prodigy happens when a hardwired primitive neuronal complex replicates into the neuronal mirror arrangements . Because only non-simple encoding is used , this means a degradation of the functions usually done by these usurped mirror-neurons . This is at the cost of things like modeling other people (ie social skills) . Hence the prevalence of the lower end of the autistic spectrum in prodigies . ( Idiots savant )

As to be expected , there is a link between prodigies in arithmetic , language and music .

Prodigies (like William Hamilton of mathematics fame , or Zerah Colburn )were good at arithmetic and languages . The link between music and arithmetic is well known . Mozart’s linguistic skills are overshadowed by other events .

The problem is that well-known prodigies are the ones that were pushed by their parent(s) into notoriety . The smarter ones like Gauss , Macauly ,Young , etc learned to blend in .

Present day prodigies .
Where are they ?
Why , at the top end of most human endeavours . Top-class tennis players , golfers , chess-players , etc would qualify in earlier times as prodigies . Today they have to train hard 8 hours a day from early youth to be able to compete with the other prodigies . “Ordinary” people do not even get a look in .

Raw Talent .
A lightning calculator , if he survived the school system , might be lucky to get a job as a bookie’s runner or a croupier .

So you learned Greek , Latin , Finnish , Serbo-Croat and Basque at the age of five ? You have an interesting future as an interpreter at the UN .

You have a better chance in music . There are numerous schools for musical prodigies.

Fractal Identity Crises.
The hardwired primitive neuronal complex has an internal coding that is not simple .

It has to compensate for a temporal identity problem .

The complex assembles information very quickly ( some researchers say quantum effects are used , in which case it is instantaneous or from different time-sources ) .

Regardless , this information has to be presented to the rest of the brain in an usable fashion , with sequential markers .

For example , Mozart could comprehend an entire symphony in his overgrown musical complex . This had to be passed to the normal brain with sequential markers , so that he could scribble like mad from his simple memory to get a shadow of it in reproducible form .

Another example is a native speaker of a complicated language like Latin or Finnish . The complicated grammar arrives as an entirety , not worked out piecemeal .

This non-simple coding is very important , since it holds the key to identity markers , not only temporally but over other parameters as well .

As all my gentle readers will know , identity defineability is the key on how we know we are us , how the immune system recognizes our cells , how chromosome clusters are self-recognised , and all those other fractal identity crises .

This begs the question :
If we have identity resolution paradigms good enough to resolve an ID interface between a very fast (or multitemporal) complex , and the normal brain , why is it not used in the immune system ?

The answer is that it is used in this way , but sometimes the controls slip , or is programmed to slip .

The brain evolved from these systems , but we would expect some feedback .

Cancer Cells .
We refer to these bio-hazard labs as cancer cells . It is where evolution is put into fast-forward . ( See Scientific American of May 2007 p35 “ Chromosomal Chaos and Cancer”)

Have you ever wondered how complex organisms can even exist , when there are trillions of tons of bacteria , fungi , viruses ,etc in the world . By sheer numbers and breeding rate , they must outperform any organism’s defence system .

The Trick :
Any centurion will tell you this trick : discipline .

Aneuploidy is the main mechanism . This is a fancy name for shuffling chromosomes (ie the tried and trusted sexual mixer .) Only this mechanism is on steroids .

An unknown molecule is encountered.
The body does not know how it will affect the organism .
There are two ways to test it :
1. Live through it (potentially disasterous)
2. Test it in a fast-forward evolutionary biolab .

The body induces aneuploid cancer in a test cell .
This cell is nurtured by the body , deliberately bypassing all the evolutionary pressures of the environment or the immune system .
The test cell and its daughters have very rapid and semi-random chromosome shuffling . (This is also where all those null codons come into play.)
This cluster of cells forms a bio-hazard lab .

If they find a solution , it is communicated to the immune system and the lab is liquidated by apoptosis using the identity markers .

Can you see how this is more advantageous than living through it ?

If they do not , the cancer expands , resulting in the non-viability of the organism due to resource constraints .

But surely , an off-switch would have evolved ? If it could not find a solution to an unknown after n tries , it stops . Yes , but if the immune system had not recognised it the molecules will keep on arriving , triggering new explorations .

To recognize and “END” codon to a particular try to resolve a “new” molecule previously tried would require a memory of this molecule . Yet this is exactly what the immune system does not have , since it passed this molecule on to the cancer test lab . There does not seem to be a memory of previous cancer-lab experiments (understandably , since the resource requirements would overwhelm any finite system with simple coding .)

Is there a general “END” codon ?
The answer must be yes , since it appears in more evolved brain mechanisms . See also the languages of bacteria . (There is an Ur language , and various dialects .)

The particular information is stored epigenetically . The presence of the problem molecules in the mother’s womb gets tagged with a methylization complex , marking it as solved . Each new generation must resolve it anew .

What a horrible trap . Old age must be programmed in , since only by setting the “END” codon in the mothers womb can rubbishy molecules be prevented from triggering cancers . Mothers get partially reset , which is why they live longer .

Well , it helps to know that there is a single switch that will apoptise some cancer labs . It must be something simple , like the methylization of a geneplex that backpropagates .

Classical music:
Most people who listen to classical music live longer and look younger . This is because of the very recognizable “END” sequence to any symphony . The sequence entrains a neural process in the brain , which generates chemicals which signal “END ALL” sequences to the internal cancer labs .

This is one of the much threatened feedback from more developed parts of the being .
The storm of feedback from the brain creates a non-linear feedback system , with all that it implies .

The Q Trick

For example , Turing ( from Godel’s work ) proved way back in the 1930’s that a linear logic(computing) process cannot know when to stop if it looks only at internal logic . This is exactly what we said above . However , by using quantum processes , the system can know when to slam down an “END” .

This has to be communicated to the cell-complexes concerned . It is not sufficient to have a blanket “END” all the time , since the cancer-labs are vital to the health of the organism . Once a week seems sufficient , judging from the religious observances .

So what does this have to do with prodigies ?

Prodigies are the cancers of the body human .

They pretest which behaviours and talents will be acceptable .

Spiderman , Batman , Superman , etc
The same tired old lot :Hercules , Zeus , all the saints . I can’t remember all their names , or want to .
